Where to start? The home design and location is amazing. Quality has suffered and I keep getting the excuse that getting good people is difficult. No it is Not!! If you reward good workmanship and quality and likewise punish and reject poor quality and workmanship you will get positive results. You also harbor a sence of not my fault, where is ownership and a sence of pride in your community? I came into the community with high expectations. Where to start, very poor materials used to build the house, very poor quality control, i found so many issues within the first 2 months that i haven't in my 17 year old condo. Looks like all they cared was to make the sell instead of building it correctly.
