Our salesman Brian did a great job sending us photos weekly on the progress of our new home. Since we live 3 hours away this was greatly appreciated.

Both my sister and I bought house with Pulte Homes and it was a wonderful experience for both os us and my Parents .

I found it so surprising that my sales manager and builder were only a phone call or text away if I had any questions. They were very responsive and supportive throughout the process and were really there for me whenever I needed them.

From the initial sales visit to the final walkthrough it was amazing. Minor issues after settlement are addressed quickly and without any pushback. Mortgage and insurance with Pulte made it a great package experience.

You typically only read the negative reviews when it comes to home builders. I am here to tell you that our experience with the whole Pulte home building process was exceptional. You can immediately tell when walking into the model homes that their workmanship is much greater than most builders. From our initial meeting with our sales rep, the mortgage team and our amazing Field Supervisor, John, we were pleased and confident we were getting a wonderful product. Living here a month now, it is beyond our wildest dreams. If we decide to build again when we retire, we will be using Pulte.

We loved everything about the process with building with Pulte! From the day we walked in the door working with our sales rep to the final walk through with our field manager. I would recommend anyone to build with Pulte!

We have been in a Pulte house for the last 25+ years, and while it has had it's good and bad points, we were VERY impressed with the "state of the art" Pulte builders. Outstanding floorplans that we didn't see (even similar) elsewhere were significant to us as well as was their "across the board" attention to detail. Specifically, from the time we first started to discuss our "ideal retirement house" to AFTER we closed, the Pulte staff was excellent. The sales staff (Matt) did FAR more than other builders' sales staffs do, and the PM (Rob, whose personal attention to detail was scary sometimes) delivered to spec and on time, have to be among the best in their fields; and were certainly the best we have ever dealt with (and I was a multi-million dollar quota sales guy and one point in my career and also was a PMI PMP for more that 17 years; so it's not like I don't know what performance in those disciplines is). Our Pulte home here in Berkshire Forest was completed on time by a team of professionals that really listened to our needs. From the day we walked in the sales’ office to construction to closing and to our final move a month ago, every step went smoothly. Questions and minor issues were addressed quickly. Moving from out of state during a pandemic was extremely stressful, but the entire Pulte team eased our worries, had a sense of humor, and treated us like family. My only tip for new home buyers would be to live close by or visit your home site frequently during construction, especially after framing. I recently purchased and moved into my new Pulte home, I could not be more satisfied with the quality of workmanship, the attention paid to detail and dealing with Tom and Ryan was beyond expectation.

Our overall experience has been very good. We cannot say enough about East Carolina Care. The warranty department is very responsive to request/ issues and follow up could not be better. The office staff and on site advisors get very high marks from professionalism and great customer service. Very impressive.

Building my forever home was a really important endeavor and the Pulte sales, design and construction team made it a great experience. Each member of the team was knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. The floor plan is amazing and I have the perfect lot. If I had one desire, it would be that the porch exterior would be a bit more finished with trim or brick work. That said, I really love my new home!
