We recently purchased a Pulte home and couldn’t be happier. From the sales team, to the project manager over construction to dealing with Pulte Mortgage (best rates available on select homes) and Pulte homeowners insurance, it all went super smoothly. This is our 5th new home purchase and the Pulte organization was professional,, courteous and prompt on every single detail. Since getting into the home, we found a few minor issues (ie closet shelf came loose). These issues were addressed within 24 hours and promptly taken care of. Pulte Homes is a great builder ! Not only do they build a solid home, their attention to detail is fantastic. They are very responsive to your concerns and address any issues very quickly. From sales reps. to project managers, all are a pleasure to work with.

We love the house the process was good

As with any new homes, there will be some minor issues, the important thing is getting to the right person to resolve them. My experiences with Jason have been awesome, he keeps me in the loop and schedules the work at my convenience and follows up with me to check my satisfaction level

Our home turned out just as we wanted it! Our Sales Consultant (Lauren), Design Consultant (Maureen) and Construction Manager (Anthony) were absolutely great at their jobs and really cared that the home turned out the way we wanted. The trades who worked on our build did quality work and any issues that popped up were promptly corrected. I would absolutely trust Pulte to build for us again.

Sales and Mortgage: Excellent! Construction Manager and Warranty: Kind, friendly, and responsive, but often provide incomplete or unsatisfactory resolutions.

Fixing problems does not happen quickly.

This has been the best home buying experience we have ever had. The Pulte Team was knowledgeable, responsive and honest. Just a great experience.

My builder was super friendly and kind. He helped as much as he could and did a great job. He himself is a five star human.

The building process was great, always in communication with building manager, Carl was quick to respond to any questions and would send pictures because we weren’t able to be around for the different stages. My only issues have been after we moved in. We paid for A smart home however door locks were not installed and Company told us Pulte was responsible for installing them. We closed on the house most two months ago and I still have no smart locks. We’ve had roof shingles come off the house twice in the last month and a screen door that still has not been fixed, which is not fixed by Pulte but one of there contractors. Overall had a great experience.

Great Customer Service from the sales office to the contract supervisor we were assigned, they went above and beyond to meet my needs.

Our project manager went above and beyond during the construction phase. This enabled my wife and I to have confidence in Pulte for an easy transition to our new home while learning about the area.

If you have Thomas as your field manager you will have a wonderful experience. He is extremely responsive; and sometimes you don't even have to ask as he already knows what needs to be repaired. I would rate him a 12 out of 10 - couldn't be more pleased!

Build floor plans, options, details and designs compared to similar builders in the Myrtle Beach area. A little more expensive as well but worth it for that curb appeal and "WOW" factor. Extremely happy with my Pulte home and love seeing the neighborhood grow with bunches of new homes.

They committed to complete the build by a certain date and it was completed on time with minimal punch list items. We love the neighborhood, beautiful setting, and great neighbors.

The quality of the workmanship and material used is outstanding and all issues are addressed in a timely manner! The home took five months to build and was delivered on time as promised. The home is beautiful and we are extremely pleased.

I would recommend this builder to all my family and friends. They delivered on time and responded to every email, text message, voice mail within 24 hours. I believe the sales team and supervisor had the utmost respect for the quality of homes they were promising and I got a quality home I was expecting. I love my home and the development.
