I would not recommend Pulte to others who are interesting in using this builder. After being in the house for a month, I have noticed numerous items that were completely poorly. The lack of response from the PM is disheartening. I have friend who is ready to sign in a different Pulte community that I will be discouraging from doing so.

Overall it's a nice house. Quality of materials used in the home could be better for the price paid. Workmanship is a bit sloppy. Builder has stopped responding to fix simple issues in the home that are under warranty once we closed on the house.

Quality of the home isn’t the best. Not even a month living at my new home, the drywall started to crack, walls aren’t evenly painted, warranty is non responsive... better off going with a different builder in my opinion

During the process of building this home we had a building manager who failed to address multiple issues addressed by my building inspector. Halfway through this process that manager was “fired” and replaced another who did address all of our issues and responded quickly. The closing process was smooth, meetings with everyone went well and our needs were being met... until closing. Love Our New Home, But........

We love our new home, however the buying/building process was unbearable. Our Sales Associate, Blair, was condescending and somewhat rude during the entire process. She rushed us through our choices and didn't offer many that were available. There was never a time where we felt she truly cared or understood our wants and needs. Less than 2 months moving in, with the rain This week I have a water leak through the AC vent and window from the half bathroom downstairs. Reported and after 3 days no answer. Still waiting for Pulte to resolve serious issue

Pulte has agreed to address a serious design flaw in my new home. They have limited the actions that they are willing to take. I hope that the actions that they are starting to take will somewhat resolve this issue. I realize that I'm insignificant in the scope of this large corporation. However, my spending almost $500K for my house is huge and I was hoping my new home would be a wonderful sanctuary of peace and enjoyment.

Experience with Pulte is pretty average. Some building materials feel cheap in comparison to our previous build. Obvious lack of craftsmanship and attention to detail by many of their vendors. Issues have been, or are being addressed, but they definitely drag their feet and some repairs were not completed as they should have been due to procrastination.

Very bad closing experience with Pulte Mortgage. There are issues with water staying in front of the house and some other issues internally.

Pulte is not maintaining the quality anymore. They are just in a hurry to close no matter whether the house is complete or not. Once closing is done, you have to chase the builder or raise the tickets to fix the issues.

We have several issues mainly related to design and architecture ranging from unreachable switches to rain water getting into the house from exterior door. Can’t even open the back door of suv while parked in the garage. The plumbing clean outs are installed in the master closet!!!!! The namesake laundry room is designed poorly. I could go on…..

When purchasing a Pulte Home it is imperative that you have the home inspected by an independent home inspector at least 20 days prior to closing. Please do not underestimate how important this step is.

The good - Attentive and cooperative Sales team, decent project and construction managers, excellent team in lending department. The Bad - Really poor quality construction and craftsmanship. Too many issues with the house. Pulte outsources most of the construction to 3rd parties and they do a terrible job. Home inspector caught a lot of serious problems. You will notice cracks, crooked panes, windows, electrical outlets after moving in. Cabinet doors and drawers were not aligned. Cracks on crown moldings, glitchy windows, very poor finishing, uneven surfaces, weird floor cracking sounds, ...

This is our dream home, however there were many issues with house. It took over 2 months for our house to start construction and when it started it went down. First they laid the wrong foundation. We were supposed to get a raised slab and we didn’t. When we questioned it, it took some time to figure it out. So while that was happening our wood for framing sat in the rain and got mold on it. First day move-in to new home, electrical issues

First day moving into a new home we found out HVAC system was turned off due to bad circuit breaker and this is during peak winter. Also found door bell does not work. This is bad I did not expect this from Pulte builders. I dont know what else I will find out more in the future. I think quality of materials worsened.
