This is my fourth house that I purchased in the last 15 years and by far it was the easiest process. Pulte made the experience very efficient and made sure that all of my needs were met. Furthermore, the design and the workmanship of the houses is amazing. I would definitely purchase another Pulte home.

Pulte is a behemoth in the home construction field, and buying from them requires knowing what you're getting. They make their homes affordable by limiting customization to a very small number of options (e.g. types of tile, optional amenities) and cranking homes out at speed. This is not inherently a bad thing, but it can be frustrating if you're not ready for it. For our needs, the options Pulte provided were great (we upgraded the base house significantly) and the layout of the home was ideal. We didn't mind the small number of design options, but do be wary if you love to decorate. ...

We purchased a quick home from the builder’s inventory. The home is fine, but the sales contract number differs from the actual closing numbers. For instance, the sale contract states $174 monthly HOA dues, but the actual HOA account shows $181.33 monthly. Before closing, and after closing, there are no change orders or other changes. We reached out to all Pulte departments, but no one seems to know who to contact regarding the monthly HOA price increase. This price hike occurred without any prior notice or legal letter, how it is possible? Let us know who can help us to resolve the issue. ...

Dan in the sales office was great. Chris the construction manager answered all of my questions. The house was completed and closed ahead of schedule. I love the new house, and I don’t even have a punch list - I can’t find a defect.

My recommendation would be to focus on quality installation of door knobs, hinges, etc. and some of the fine detail in that area. I noted poor craftsmanship in those areas. All others were excellent.

I just bought a Pulte townhome and I’m loving it! The house is beautiful. A few minor issues with the doors but they have always very responsive and quick to fix anything I needed. I did have to ask for a few things that should have been automatic, like the key fob for the pool, mail key, and ring door camera (which was installed with no instructions and the doorbell on it doesn’t work). But overall very happy!

From day one of stepping into the sales office, Ryan was amazing to work with. Hugely knowledgeable about everything regarding the homes, professional and just a kind human.
