Everyone from the sales rep to the foreman to the mortgage company were really great. They made the process enjoyable. What was also great was we could see the process of our home anytime we wanted, even with people working.

Building with Pulte was a great experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

From start to finish, this build couldn't have gone much better. Communication (which I value highly) was always a priority. Quick, thoughtful responses always were returned. Everything was done above and beyond code with good quality materials. The only issue we really have is the final grade. While a landscaper will deal with this, the final grade and yard was left with a ton of rocks, very uneven, and were not sure how it passed city inspection. We actually ended up with a spec house from Pulte. Overall experience with sales, mortgage, and title company was very good. During a construction walk-through, there is at times some small issues that we would let the project manager know when it would be rectified. We’ve been moved in and forgotten about our old house. That’s how much we like our new home.

Very happy with the home so far, there are a couple little minor things such as missed drywall mud that needed sanded before painting that we didn’t notice until we were moved in but other than that we are very happy with everything. Very easy experience and quick build.

The sales experience was amazing, all of our questions were answered promptly and confidently. The build process should and close should pay more attention to details. Some of the contractors appeared to just want to get the job done and move on. Paint and drywall could have been better. Overall we are happy with our home

We have built 6 homes. This one was the least amount of stress and our site manager Cody was great. He was very attentive and responsive. I was extremely pleased with the process. I was however disappointed with some of the quality of items we got in our pretty expensive home. Powder room sink, appliances, carpet. All sub par to what they should have been.
