The architecture is lacking; too many interior doors, too much wasted space. Island, lights, cooktop, sink not lined up. Shelves in closets and pantry are a waste of space, too cheap. The construction manager seems to care but many of the craft people, based on the small holes, splatters of paint, and missed opportunities, do not care. It is, however, better than many other builders out there.

Craftsman is poor . We have multiple issues with poor and uneven drywall . Nails protruding from walls poor finishes w cualk and paint . Landscaping for a home this price was poor . Even after the builders own warranty guy did his survey and noted the poor health of plants and lack of mulch it was never fixed . Same w broken sprinkler heads . So had great experience with Ashton our Construction Manager she was awesome. Sales side little shaky with the staff on site. Drywall should be fixed after electrical comes thought and mounts the vanity lights.

*** was just incompetent. I literally had to explain how a brokerage statement works to the underwriter. The quality isn't the worst, but you need to check with whoever is doing your installations. All of my water dispensing appliances leaked. They were either installed incorrectly or they were *. Seriously not okay with my fridge leaking, being *** and the resolution is completely unacceptable. Pultes construction manager went above and beyond with everything. Shout out to Zach. One of the most professional, approachable, patient and solution oriented people I've ever worked with. The warranty team is responsive, but the resolutions are not great. They either send you somewhere to talk to someone else or the resolutions sometimes take a while. I get that you have a lot going on and it does seam like they are doing the best they can with what they have. I'll give them that. Overall though, I'm happy with the transaction in general because of the incentives, but mostly because of Zach and his willingness to go above and beyond about everything. Thank you Zach.
