We had a great experience from start to finish. Every question we had was answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Our site manager was just fantastic to work with. Robb was truly a pleasure to work with and would recommend pulte to anyone who asks.

We moved to Independence from Chicago, so it was difficult to be on-site during much of the building process. However we were given regular updates, including pictures, during the process and the house was all we had hoped for and more. The entire Cleveland Pulte team from Diane in sales to Dustin our project manager really worked hard to makes sure we were happy. They succeeded. Thanks!

Been in for less than a month it everything seems to be working great. Sales and building team were honest and straightforward. Would recommend to anyone looking to build in my area.

from the first meeting at the model home the sales person was helpful in guiding me thru the process of purchasing the building manager kept me inform of the progress of the building of my home he shared all details very professional and friendly

Every issue that we had before completion was addressed.

Our contractor Nick was so helpful through our process of building our house. Any questions were always answered and he always was there throughout the whole process.

We moved in late in the build process, house was essentially done, ready to move in. With that said the walk through and findings were taken care of without any push back. There are some paint blemishes, but there is a 1 year walk through where we have been told anything we find will be taken care of. I have full confidence this will be true.

The house is perfect for my needs The layout and all the options I chose are just what I envisioned. Construction manager informative and kept me up to date and responds promptly to emails. Minor problems delt with quickly. Only complaint house was winter build. Now weather better no driveway or final grade done although new builds have these

We were living out of state and working so it was hard to coordinate walk throughs but my sister and brother in laws did the walk throughs for us and Pulte representatives were great. We did meet with Garrett and the warranty representative after we were moved in for three weeks, they were very informative. We are going to send in via the service link as directed items we have seen since we moved in.

The sales associate with Pultle homes was excellent to work with. Thank you for all of the help in purchasing the home.

We built our new home with Pulte and couldn't be happier with the process and outcome. Everything worked really well. Construction managers provided weekly updates through the process and issues that arose or we continue to point out are being addressed and followed up very quickly. Very nice job and great experience so far!

We knew going in that the area we desired had higher housing costs, so the value is skewed. When adjusting for this, the value is there! From the first day, the folks from Pulte Port West were great. They expeditiously addressed any and all questions. From sales to the exterior build to the interior work and finishing, Tom, Rob, and Kayla were outstanding! We did have a few issues, but as noted, they were addressed to our satisfaction. We cannot of course speak for others, but with the cost of homes everywhere and the potential need for renovations at a high cost, building new became the primary avenue for us. The locks are not the best quality. They get stuck at times. Microwave door handle is defective. Overall it’s a good home and local Pulte staff were very good and helpful with issues as we moved through the building process. With a new build I’d recommend using a home inspector. Our inspection revealed several issues which were corrected prior to closing. (Wiring was hooked up incorrectly, hot water tank needed minor adjustments etc). After the inspection all things were corrected.

Overall great experience from Ed, our sales rep (as well as July in Aurora who didn't get the sale but helped direct us to the right home and neighborhood), Jeremy, our construction manager, Allyson at the design center and others.. Everything was finished on time (actually a few days early to meet closing on our new home) and work was as expected.

We have built seven homes in seven states therefore I feel Qualified to comment. You should know Pulte design centers do not offer the same options in all parts of the country and some of the options may seem a little pricey but if you go in with a budget and an open mind Allyson will meet expectations. We used and would recommend Pulte title services and Judy who will keep you informed every step of the way. All builders have minor issues. Pulte service and follow up addresses issues in a seamless process and my requests have been handled to my satisfaction by Dawn and Kayla. Pulte is unique among builders in that as part of the warranty they will perform an 11 month follow up from move in to insure complete satisfaction. Based on previous building experiences, I must give the Pulte Cleveland Region very high marks due to the quality of building materials and dedicated employees who seek to meet or exceed my expectations. ... Overall very happy with speed and quality

Our overall experience was excellent. We want to sincerely thank all the teams involved in helping us build our dream home. Ashlea was wonderful. Brian was a delight! They were attentive to detail, quick to respond, understood our needs and wants, and went above and beyond to help us at every step. Allyson from the design center was extremely patient and understanding with our needs. Judy, from the title team, was thoughtful, patient, and extremely supportive. We know there are many more team members involved in this process working tirelessly behind the scenes and we are extremely grateful to all of them! Thank you. One feedback we would like to provide is to consider painting the garage a fresh coat of paint after completion. Needless to say, our overall experience was a positive one and we would not hesitate to choose Pulte again and hope they are able to rectify the minor inconveniences through a process like this.
