Tom and Haley made the experience of building a new Home exciting . I took this adventure on by myself, which is some cases companies would take advantage of that situation. However, Pulte treated me with respect and walked me through each step. When I could not get to the house while it was under construction, Haley and Tom took the time to send me pictures and updates. I feel they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend Pulte homes and their team!

The process from start to finish was smooth, well managed and on schedule. The people who helped make our home a reality were professional, kind and genuinely vested in delivering our family a great home!

The process of buying the home went very well from purchasing it to moving in. There was a good handoff as from one phase to another. And before the final move-in we were clearly instructed about the house and its care and maintenance. The house was constructed and ready within the time quoted timeframe. We have moved a lot and this is our 6th new home so I am aware of the issues that can occur even in a new build. So far the main issue I have is with the wall paint and the wood trim. The walls smudge when you barely touch them. They clean up fairly easily but you are constantly having to do so. It’s annoying. Same goes for the wood trim. Since I have only been in the house less than 6 months it’s hard to give the most accurate review. We have had a few issues and they have been addressed and fixed in a timely manner. I love our new home. We had one minor issue that was taken care of very quickly. Everything is great honestly. The only thing I’m not a fan of is our flooring. The quality is not that good. It was stained before we moved in. I was told I can wash it of easily. It’s not true. Also it doesn’t feel or look nice. I guess we will change that as we have an opportunity.

We recently moved into our new home, and the experience has been very good. Brandon and Ed were both extremely responsive and regularly went above and beyond our expectations. This could have easily been an opaque build process, but Ed kept us up to date on everything that was happening and quickly resolved any concerns to our satisfaction. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with and stayed involved to answer any questions long after we signed our purchase contract. I still can’t believe how quickly it all came together and we’re so excited to enjoy our beautiful new home.

Overall, it’s a good experience.

The house is great and love the floor plan

Had built a new home many years ago with another builder, so this was a second-time-around experience for us. The process can be an emotional roller coaster, especially depending on the builder’s response to any questions or concerns. But working with Diane (Sales Agent) and Dustin (Construction Manager) was easy and enjoyable. All questions were taken seriously, responded to quickly, and resolved ASAP. We are especially appreciative of Dustin in managing our build and his oversight of the quality of construction. He truly was a joy to work with. Home ready when promised. Initial problems handled quickly.

Great experience and super professional

Love our new home. Main issue is the 9 foot sliding door. It is very heavy and is still not adjusted correctly. Wish they could replace it with better product. For price of home it should be easier to open and close. Building manager Tom has been very responsive to our issues.

Everyone was great during the process of purchasing and building our townhouse! The only downfall for us was the house didn’t look like it was professional cleaned prior to closing!

Our building manager Nick was truly amazing to work with. We literally came to the house every day and he put up with us in an extremely nice and kind manner. He answered every question we came up with and was also able to fix every issue that we noticed arise for the build. Highly recommend working with Nick if given the choice

Good experience as first-time home buyers. Felt very safe about asking lots of questions with it being our first experience and they were very communicative and helpful as we learned. We got what we expected so people were upfront and honest. It was relatively seamless process. We felt confident and comfortable from start to finish even given how big of a financial decision it was. Would recommend.

Big daddy Ed was our rep for the building process in Columbia a station and his communication and responsiveness and professionalism was second to none.. he addressed everything we asked about and never made us feel unintelligent in any way.

The above employees of Emerald Woods development were and still are AMAZING. THEY GO ABOVE and BEYOND!!!!! Hats off to Pulte for hiring Diane and Justin !

Overall great experience working with Dylan and Ashlea. Would’ve been all five stars except for one issue the day of closing that took too long to correct. House prices are too high, but that’s not Pulte’s fault.

The people I worked with were professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating.

The personal experience was great. I think Pulte should have made the driveway 2 feet wider. There should be a hose bib in the garage as a standard feature. The the flex room and the second bedroom could be a bit larger to make them more usable. The Moen garbage disposal is a downgrade. But basically I really like the house.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my home building experience with Pulte Homes. Pulte Mortgage especially did an exceptional job keeping me informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Pulte Homes to anyone looking to build a new home.

Beautiful home and great neighborhood.

Everything was done on time. Anything I emailed to Diane and Dustin was was answered the same day. They allowed me to change my counter top. I had a problem with garage door opener he came the next day and gave me a new key pad. Just waiting for a kitchen screen. Thanks a great experience for for a newly widower that hasn’t moved in 45 years.

Chuck, Corey, and Ryan were top notch. All made the experience very smooth, very informative, and surpassed our expectations!

Building a home is an exciting yet stressful at times process (as I am sure you are very aware if you have ever built a home). Paul our project manager was great the entire time and Kyle with the service division was great at getting some last minute items after we moved in taken care of. No matter the home builder, you will have little hiccups but your team handled them very well. I would strongly recommend Pulte and their team if you are looking to build a new home!

My wife and I enjoyed the whole process. The sales and design teams were very knowledgeable and they made it easy to design and build our home. The construction project manager was extremely talented and easy to work with making the build process a great experience. The post construction team was also very good at what they do and went out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new home.
