Overall, a solid experience. I would not recommend Pulte Mortgage, but the build went well. Ryan was a good construction manager. There are small aesthetic issues that are somewhat annoying, but I have confidence Pulte will fix these throughout the first year of ownership.

Site manager, Ed, responsive to needs. Always was prompt returning calls and treated us with respect. He did his best to adjust to circumstances out of our control and was always professional. He is a true asset to Pulte.

Overall great experience. Was never told Pulte does not finish the garages.

Excellent sales experience. Weak communications, responsiveness during construction. Closing was delayed three weeks. Lots of items in home still need to be fixed or completed with no repair dates given by Pulte. Pulte's title company was atrocious.

I have been in my home almost 1 month and many things still need to be done to complete it. Paint broken window cabinet door no towel racks and toilet paper holders and railing needs to be moved. This should have been done by now. I gave all my money and financed before I moved in. I expect the work to be complete by now.

Good intentions and continued follow up with vendors to finish or fix issues and problems with the build. We like our home and are very happy with Steve and Mike. Eventually we are confident all issues will be completed to our satisfaction. They communicate and keep us informed. 98 percent of the house is complete and the balance of items should be resolved soon we hope.We are happy with our new home.

Production Manager and Sales folks were available, good listeners and treated us with respect. Open communication and quick response to questions or concerns.

We love our new home and are very excited to be living here. There were some minor issues and some details of the home that we're not exactly how we envisioned but for the most part we are very satisfied.

We have lived in our new home since December. There were pros and cons to building with a production builder, like Pulte. We found the process to be simple overall and seamless from when we signed our first papers to our closing. We used Pulte mortgage, which I think helped keep the process simple for us. Communication was very open, and we felt we were able to easily speak to someone when we needed too. Chuck & Dj were very helpful and addressed our concerns to the best of their ability in a timely manner throughout the process. We felt that the final touches at the end of our build were very rushed to meet our closing deadline. Multiple trades were in the home at the same time and we felt that the order in which things were done was backwards at times. Our flooring and carpets were installed before all the drywall and painting was completed. I am still picking drywall and paint out of my brand new carpets. We had to ask them to clean multiple stains off of the carpet due to workers entering the home with muddy boots on and walking throughout the house. The carpet itself is not the best quality, but will serve its purpose. The cleanliness of the home during the entire build process was terrible. There was garbage left all around inside the house and outside on the property. Workers left behind their empty soda bottles, McDonald's cups, empty chip bags, ect. We complained more than once during the process and the house was picked up, but only after we complained. I feel the size of the home is appropriate for the price we paid, but the quality of some of the work is not. Our drywall and paint looks rough in multiple places already and spots they "fixed" right before closing are already showing again. The entire house was painted with flat paint and is easily chipped or stained if you touch it at all. The entire house has to be painted all one color...you cannot choose different colors for different rooms. Steve does a great job but I feel he is understaffed, there is some unfinished items that are mostly wheather related that I hope will be completed by early spring. Steve did respond with other issues in a timely manner. I also think John is a great salesman and is very responsive

We love our new home however I think that there were some corners that were cut that gave us the impression that is less then expected. For instance, unfinished walls that aren't covering electrical wiring in the garage, the storage area and the furnace area. For the cost of a few pieces of dry wall this would not have given the appearance of cost cutting. Clean up also seemed to be an after-thought.

The time it took to finish the house was longer than promised.

The sales process was bad. The sales rep didn’t listen to our concerns and let us make assumptions that he could have easily clarified. This lead to many disappointments when we didn’t get house feature we thought we had purchased.

We had some issues that were identified before we moved in and after. The issues were addressed very quickly. Our experience with the sales and project staff has been very pleasant.

Construction and closing process when very well. We had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of quickly. Overall it was a great experience.

We had a few issues but they were addressed in a timely manner. The team seemed genuinely concerned with our satisfaction. Wasn't thrilled with the Pulte Title experience, but on the builder side and the management of the construction, we were satisfied. Would indeed do it again, knowing what we know now.

Overall, we are extremely happy with our house. However, there have definitely been issues. I won't go into all the detail but we've had small issues with flooring, caulking, a bad smoke detector, a cracked doorknob, a damaged window frame, etc. - you get the idea. In short, I would say that Pulte cares enough that they are willing to fix issues (even though some issues are requiring me to be more persistent) but not enough that they just did it the right way. There was even a snarking email in response to the cracked doorknob calling us out for not calling it out during our walkthrough. Sorry, this is our first time building a house, but not theirs. If we build another house in the future, we will be ridiculously thorough during the walkthrough instead of trusting blindly. I recommend any buyer be that. A lot negative above but it has mostly been positive. We are looking forward to the community being fully built and the weather to be nicer to enjoy it fully! ... More

The process of building our house was great. Very accommodating with a few extra things that we wanted. But some of the workmanship was below average. Some things were not level or square and other things if not pointed out would not have been corrected

Good finishing home but grading was not done so great

The layout and options available in the houses are great. However, I do wish Pulte would offer more customization on certain things, such as HVAC choices, shelving in closets, allowing multiple interior paint choices, and just interior design choices in general. We have a lot of small issues in the house and a couple of bigger issues, but Pulte has so far worked with us on a lot of them. Something that’s rather frustrating is that you have to really stay on them to get things done. Sometimes they’ll push back but if you’re persistent then they will work with you. Lastly, the quality of some the work they do is sub-standard, especially trim work. Some of the trim has gaps in it, is uneven, and a lot of it has gashes or scratches. Pulte says they will address this at the one year mark, so I cannot give them a complete review until then.
