He was on top of what was happening to the home as it was being built. Very knowledgeable about what he goes on with the construction of the house. He is a joy to work with.

Great people from start to finish - sales, construction and financing. Incredible communication from construction superintendent every week letting us know what had been completed and what was happening the next week. We put a lot of details into our home and they got them all. As there is in every home, there were some issues - they were promptly addressed. We have built 5 homes - this is our first Pulte home and the best experience we’ve had!

I would take the time to make helpful suggestions to add additional outlets, data points, etc

The whole process, from choosing the plot, to the extra's, to the inspection on completion and finally living in the house, and in the community, have been first class. You can always find something to complain out, and I am sure some will, but for me this was a great experience and we could not be happier with our new home.

We absolutely love our new home, such a family friendly open floor plan with great use of square footage. Our Pulte rep was very clear on upgrade prices from the beginning so we knew exactly what to expect. Construction stayed on schedule even during the pandemic. While we’ve only been in our home a few months, so far it’s been amazing and we’d highly recommend Pulte to anyone.

Each step was thoroughly explained

From start to finish it was a positive experience. Builder is responsive and does their best to ensure timelines are met and concerns addressed. Prices are high, but in line with what is expected these days. Quality of build is good, above average with no major issues identified. Overall it was a great experience to build our dream home with Pulte.

We are very pleased with our new home. The process was simple and the end product turned out really great. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but Pulte provided options for us to choose from.

We had a great experience from Chris our sales person to Greg and Brendan, our building supervisor. Everyone kept us posted and answered all questions we had in a timely matter. I would recommend Pulte to anyone wanting to build a new home.

Steve was incredibly responsive to every inquiry my wife and I made about our home throughout the build process. We, as first time builder, were incredibly inquistive about all the details and he was patient and informative at every step. We also appreciated Claires timely responses to questions we hadnt even thought to ask. Both have continually been great even after we closed.

The construction supervisors were always willing to spend the time to provide updates and answer questions.

I was hesitant to build a home at this time in my life, but after speaking with Sam, I felt more comfortable. He answered concerns and was very enthusiastic to include my family in the process. Nick was also helpful and communicative in the process.

We have moved in our new home in August The building experience was great But there was some issues happened after we moved I have contacted support team various times Follow up various times After creating various requests Called and emailed several times After more than a month No one contacted me yet Ticket no DS2443647 was opened September 5th Someone named Garry suppose to contact me And that was response I get every time I contact Also that phone number they provided us no one answered no matter when you called and no matter how much you hold the call

Everyone we’ve dealt with has been great! Our one concern/complaint so has mainly been the proximity to the train tracks and horn that constantly is heard all hours of the night. It’s to the point that I probably would not have purchased the home if I would have known it was this loud every night. The home, the neighborhood and the Pulte employees have been great.
