My new Pulte home is beautiful. The buying experience was friendly and easy. Pulte has been very responsive to any issues I have raised.

My friends commented that it is a well built home. My questions were answered promptly and Builder kept me involved in the building process. It is a good value for the money But I felt that many things that should be standard in a Home were all optional resulting in increase in the price of the home, ended up spending more than I originally planned to spend.

This has been my wife and i’s first time building a home. Pulte made the building process relatively painless. The building process in my opinion went very smoothly. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner and Ben our building supervisor made of feel as thought he cared about our home as much as we did. Molly was also a very thorough sales consultant and was always available to answer any and all questions we had. She even would take the time on her days off to answer emails and texts. I thought she went above and beyond. When we finally moved into our new home. We had a few hiccups with our furnace and a few other items but they were handled as quick as possible. There was always great follow up calls/emails from Ben, molly and pulte customer service to make sure we were satisfied. While I can only attest to pulte’s building and selling process since we have only lived in our home for almost 2 months. This is the second time we've built and we had no idea what we were missing until we came to Pulte. The service that Dana and Larry provided was incredible. Between the two of them, we were constantly involved and informed about the process and what to expect. Our questions were always answered in a timely manner and we felt like we were a part of the process. There were no curve balls or unexpected issues. Now that we're in the house (earlier than expected) we have had zero issues. We plan to be in this house forever, but if not, we will look to Pulte again.

We purchased a home this summer and our experience has been excellent. A super sales team, design group and a building team made it easy to buy Pulte.

I went with Pulte for everything - from the new home, to the mortgage, to my home owners’ insurance. It was a simple, seamless experience! I couldn’t be happier. Now..if only they would help me unpack my boxes! ;-)

My Brother and I bought this beautiful home together. We thought out the house plans and options together and decided to build our dream home.

Frequent communication is highly advised and is very well received. Clarification and insight on progress is done face to face. It is important to get as much as possible clarity upfront and stay in-touch with the Pulte team. We experienced professional partnerships and made friends during the process. Be patient and allow the process to play itself out in a qualitative manner.

Work very closely with all the pulte employees, don't be afraid to ask questions. They will help you and guide you through the whole process and put your mind at ease.

Pulte Builders and the entire team are professionals at what they do. Each team member from the Sales team to the onsite leads are attentive, and care about customer satisfaction. They are open and reactive to questions, and once in our home we were proud of the home and all its workmanship and quality products that Pulte stands behind.

We had a couple minor issues when we moved in and the Pulte came right over and fixed them!

We had never built a house before. The salesperson was informative and offered advice and suggestions as we were making our decisions . We never felt pressured. You will only get out of this experience what you are willing to put into it. We tend to be people that plan far ahead. We visited several Pulte communities looking at how our preferred model was being built. We kept a photo library of the various selections and construction results from the houses we visited so that we could show them how we wanted certain things done. Some things we did ourselves (installed our own under cabinet lighting, installed our own cabinet hardware, bought our own refrigerator and kitchen faucet etc) because we either did not like the options or believed we could do it cheaper and/or better). We knew that we wanted to install some Smart items that work with Alexa and we never thought we had enough outlets in any of our rooms so we added about 18 outlets throughout the house. We lived about 20 minutes away from our new house and we constantly made trips to the new site to watch construction and note little things that needed attention which they happily mitigated or explained. The final walk through held no real surprises or disappointments. A freak wind storm hit the house about 2 weeks before closing. They had the missing shingles replaced well before the closing. Our house broke ground in October 31 and we moved in mid-March. Since the roof was installed in the dead of winter the shingles never had a chance to warm up and bind. We also just got our asphalt driveway and trees and shrubs put in today because you can't do that in the winter. We love our house and wake up each morning very happy with our decision. ... More

From start to finish it was a positive experience. Builder is responsive and does their best to ensure timelines are met and concerns addressed. Prices are high, but in line with what is expected these days. Quality of build is good, above average with no major issues identified. Overall it was a great experience to build our dream home with Pulte.

We are very pleased with our new home. The process was simple and the end product turned out really great. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but Pulte provided options for us to choose from.

We had a great experience from Chris our sales person to Greg and Brendan, our building supervisor. Everyone kept us posted and answered all questions we had in a timely matter. I would recommend Pulte to anyone wanting to build a new home.

Steve was incredibly responsive to every inquiry my wife and I made about our home throughout the build process. We, as first time builder, were incredibly inquistive about all the details and he was patient and informative at every step. We also appreciated Claires timely responses to questions we hadnt even thought to ask. Both have continually been great even after we closed.

The construction supervisors were always willing to spend the time to provide updates and answer questions.

I was hesitant to build a home at this time in my life, but after speaking with Sam, I felt more comfortable. He answered concerns and was very enthusiastic to include my family in the process. Nick was also helpful and communicative in the process.

We have moved in our new home in August The building experience was great But there was some issues happened after we moved I have contacted support team various times Follow up various times After creating various requests Called and emailed several times After more than a month No one contacted me yet Ticket no DS2443647 was opened September 5th Someone named Garry suppose to contact me And that was response I get every time I contact Also that phone number they provided us no one answered no matter when you called and no matter how much you hold the call

Everyone we’ve dealt with has been great! Our one concern/complaint so has mainly been the proximity to the train tracks and horn that constantly is heard all hours of the night. It’s to the point that I probably would not have purchased the home if I would have known it was this loud every night. The home, the neighborhood and the Pulte employees have been great.

I have had a wonderful experience with Pulte ! From the very beginning Claire, at the model home, was a great guide through the process. The site manager, Steve, was helpful through the building stage. The attention to detail and quality is evident throughout our home. I would recommend Pulte to anyone considering a new home.

Bob was fantastic throughout the build process, any issue or concern that was brought to his attention was handled appropriately and swiftly. He made the entire process smooth.
