Very good house plans, process is well defined, and Pulte met their committments. They did hurry up some of the final finishing details to meet our closing date, but we are working together to take care of any issues.

All new builds will have their share of issues. Subcontractors rarely pay attention to the small details and tend to cut corners throughout the building process. This will definitely happen regardless of who you build with. However, the biggest difference we had when building with Pulte was the leadership team and their commitment to making things right for us. Our superintendent, Brian L., and his team did a phenomenal job of handling our issues in a timely manner and ensuring that everything with our new home was up to our standards before closing. It was his attention to detail that made the difference for our family. Jennifer and Michael our sales person and construction manager were truly great going above and beyond. There are a few small things that still need done but overall entire experience was wonderful.

The overall sales experience was amazing. Quick responses to issue and questions. The closing experience also excellent. The aftercare is where improvements are warranted. Slow to respond to open tickets and resolve. I liken it to buying a new car and the aftercare service to the car lacking. Pulte homes are too beautiful and they need yo work in improving their after and customer care experience.

All in all it’s been a great build experience for me. In spite of the supply demands, Pulte has been awesome at responding to my concerns and have been quick to resolve any issues.

We love our new home. It truly is our dream home. If I could change anything it would be the quality of the paint. We have been in for two months and already need to repaint the entire first floor due to scuffs , peeling and drywall breaking off. I don’t want to ding the crews because everyone did a nice job but the paint is the least durable paint I have ever seen .

Been a pleasure dealing with Pulte before and after the sale of our home. There are always minor issues once you close on a home and they have been very responsive and rectify any outstanding issue immediately

2 things - ensure you are putting in cable connections in each room you are going to possibly have a TV - my last provider used wifi - here, with Spectrum, it is a hard wire connection. Second - REALLY look at the light switch location and ordering. The vast majority of the locations do not make sense.

Matt and Sam were godsends. We were first time homebuyers that spent a year bidding on existing homes and getting beat out, or backing out because we felt we would have to offer too much for a 20+ year old home. While we did have some hesitations with building, Pulte came through. Build was done on time, and they corrected everything that needed corrected. Thank you!

The builder's sales agent was very humble, respectful and helpful. She worked with us throughout the building process. The Constructors were also on point. They addressed all our issues in time and listened to our opinions. Overall great building experience. Pulte rocks.

We love our new home!!! Our Pulte rep and general contractor were amazing! The communication through the process is constant and transparent.

We signed our contract in Aug. 2019, right in the middle of National covid issues. As a result, there were labor issues and supply chain issues along the way. In the end, our sales person and field manager worked very hard in ultimately delivering a quality house to us. We are overall very happy and would do it again.

Throughout the home building process the communication have been very good. Good response time and thorough. The Project Manager kept me informed weekly during the build. Highly recommend!

Our experience was very positive from our investigation of the Nottingham Trace community through move in.

Builder does an overall great job. Just be sure to keep an eye on the process all the way through.
