We did not anticipate to purchase a new build home, but when we were approached with the interest rate and flex cash, financing with Pulte made our dream mortgage become a reality. We appreciate how much information was provided throughout the build process regarding our home. The construction manager was very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions. Reaching out to the warranty team and registering all of our appliances is a simple and convenient process.

There are a couple of major issues I'd like to bring to your attention: 1. HVAC vent issue: Construction missed installing an HVAC vent in one of the bedrooms. The construction manager eventually addressed the issue to some extent by adding the vent and repairing the drywall. However, the wall still has not been painted, and it has now been a month with no communication or follow-up on when this will be completed. 2. Garage floor issue: There were significant staining issues on the garage floor. Construction attempted to remove the stains by polishing the floor, but the polishing was done too aggressively, leaving the surface with a rough, sandy finish. This has created a new issue instead of properly resolving the original staining problem. ... More

The fireplace is an embarrassment. It is electric and looks cheap. The built-in opening in the fireplace mantel for TV connections forces us to mount a TV on the fireplace, even though we did not want it there. And the natural stone finish makes it difficult to find a contractor that will install a mount. There are no towel racks in the main bathroom. The ***** towel rack is in the water closet. The kitchen appliances are subpar for a $700k house. A window in the main bedroom will not open properly. We had United Windows out to fix it, and they cannot because they said it was installed incorrectly. Other problems include a leaky elbow gutter that drips constantly and loudly every time it rains, and a design problem with the gutters that create a waterfall onto our deck every time it rains. And when we bought the house, we were told Pulte partners with Kinetico for water filtration. We contacted Kinetico and they said they cannot install said system in our house because we have "an internal unit" and do not have the proper drain near our water supply. Very disappointing. Each department that help me to get my new home with Pulte, the people were very helpful, pleasant, kind and very trustworthy in my book. If I can give a higher rating than excellent, I would kindly do so.

Our experience has been unpleasant from Pulte mortgage to moving/living into our house, to trying to resolve issues with the house, to Pulte insurance. The mortgage company was so stressful, and we didn’t know if we would close, so i in formed the builder of what was going on. We were able to close, and we walked into a dirty house ( literal pile of dirt in foyer) with none of the punch list items finished. We are now almost 2 months in, and there are still numerous things not fixed (no ice for months!), and everything that gets fixed either looks worse or as crappy as when we moved in. Our backyard, which was once flat, is now a valley that collects our neighbors water when it rains and floods the yard. We have had Christian (warranty) out numerous times with no appropriate fixes that will last long term. We have complained. We have put in work orders, and it looks like we will just be given this house that nobody gave two ***** to finish before we moved in. The siding and paint outside looks like something i did. It is already peeling around the font windows, and the siding has large gaps around all of the lights and doors. The new vent hood was installed Thursday, and of course this one is bent too and now the wall is damaged again. So we’ll see what excuse will be given for why things won’t be repaired this time. We did not do out final walkthrough prior to closing, and i wish we would have pushed closing back to walk through here and tape it up for things that looked unfinished. We still haven’t had our welcome celebration! How would anyone feel building a new house, being out through hell to get the mortgage, and then walking into a disgusting house with no work completed when the builder said that you would not need to go and tape things that needed to go in the punch list? The house we were told would be cleaned, and I paid $750 to stay an extra day in my house to have this house cleaned. Wasted money. I could have spent that money on someone to clean this house. No compensation. No offer to have people come out to clean. Just here is your dirty house with your broken appliances and yard that floods. My experience with Pulte homes was very positive. They make a quality home and are very responsive when/if there is ever the need for a warranty call. I was impressed with Pulte from my first contact to my last contact with every person. My experience with Pulte is very positive.

It has been about 3 months since we closed on our Pulte home at Seaflower! We could not be happier. Pulte has been great throughout the process. Every step of the way; from the sales experience to the mortgage process, to the closing and post-closing experiences. The welcome gift was unexpected and so thoughtful, thank you again Amber. Pulte truly stands behind their homes. Hannah helped resolve a minor cosmetic issue that we had, immediately without hesitation. We would like to thank the Pulte team for making our experience so pleasant and for building us a great home.

I was excited to buy a new home but that turned into a disappointment as the builder dropped the price of adjacent condos by over $35000 the day after I closed. They wanted to grab whatever extra money they could before dropping the prices

We have had repairman in our home every week since we closed 6 weeks ago. Someone comes in and fixes something then someone else will come back and fix what was just fixed. Before closing we consistently had to be on the watch because of the mistakes that were being made. On day of closing the master bathtub moved, the island was *****. We had to.point out to the PM that the front entry was *****. The Project Manager has a nasty disposition every since we fussed about the errors. She said the house would be perfect by the closing which it was not. We have j6st accepted spotty workmanship because we are tired of having people in our house. Best one so far. Least amount is issues during and post construction. The got the build exactly as we ordered it.

Our experience over all was very satisfactory. The initial purchase of property there was no pressure and but the support given by the sales rep was very much appreciated. The of the designer was also very much appreciated as welll. Once the construction process started the updates and the communication with the Construction Managers was Good. The Pulte Construction Team worked though every issue we addressed prior to closing . We enjoyed working with Pulte and realize no process is ever perfect but the willingness to work with us was very much appreciated.

I really love the Continental floor plan, the layout, and the overall home and neighborhood. However, the rating was influenced by several workmanship and finishing issues we noticed after moving in. Some items required follow-up and correction, which was disappointing for a new construction home. Overall, we are happy with the house, but I expected better attention to detail and quality of workmanship.

Nothing else to say….we are happy with our choice of Glen Eagles Pulte.

Poor quality of kitchen cabinets (I paid for upgraded ones), wall and ceiling flatness is poor, wall paint is awful quality, and overall craftsman is low quality.

We loved how the Pulte Homes design. Buying a property from Hummingbird Crossing are the best decision we ever made. The location are amazingly close to anything like *****, Seattle Outlets, casino's etc.

The whole process, from start to finish, was smooth and seamless. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and professional, which made the entire experience great.

We got a great deal on a beautiful home. You can tell that the quality and craftsmanship and care has been there from start to finish any minor issues that we've had to address. The warranty team has been there to provide that for us. I would highly recommend using them as a builder. You won't go wrong.

My experience with Neal ***** and Mike ***** was awesome. I could not have expected a better level of professionalism. In terms of the quality of workmanship, it could be better. There are things that were not installed neatly. The workers could have done a better job in that area.

The Pute Staff at the ***** were very helpful throughout the buying, design sections, construction and turn over stages of our home. The few items that needed to be addressed after taking possession were resolved quickly.
