From the sales office to the construction superintendent, it has been overall a great experience.

Overall the process was relatively smooth. The buying process, and closing went smoothly. The close date pushed quite a few times and there was a miscommunication on when the house would actually be ready. It was advertised as being completed in July, and a week after I signed the date pushed to end of August. We didn’t end up closing until September which ended up costing me quite a bit extra in fees. The house overall was decent quality. The cleaners never showed up to clean construction debris and there was a layer of dust when we took ownership. No major issues identified that are due to poor craftsmanship that weren’t addressed prior to closing. ... More

Overall, OK, experience but could have been more better. Felt like we were not engaged well throughout the process. Felt very bad that we didn't even get any photo or gestures on closing. Not sure if everyone had similar experience but few home owners I,noticed had good reception and key handover pictures. Slightly disappointed having missed that.

The team here at the enclave at parkway village (Taylor and Jimmy) did a great job keeping us abreast of the progress of our new home via weekly zoom calls and photos. Now that we have moved into our new home, the team continues to be responsive to any issues that came up. We love our new home!

Overall sales on the front end is great and so is the title process, especially closing day. The in between of signing a contract leaves much to be desired. We had a poor experience with the underwriting process due to poor communication from the individual working on our documentation (1 month gap between responses). Additionally, our construction manager was the last person I would ever want to be in charge of managing the construction of our home. He was unresponsive, had poor project managemet (closing was delayed because he was unaware a portion of the roof was not yet ordered), and on our final walkthrough, which is supposed to be when you sign off, there was a laundry list of items that weren’t complete or very obviously needed to be repaired. You could tell that no one was doing regular inspections of the workmanship especially leading up to closing. We literally had to come out to the house 4 hours before closing to sign off on the final walk through. Which there were still issues but as closing had already been delayed once we decided we would submit warranty tickets. The warranty process is also very slow and have had the trades rescheduled/no show multiple times. Also, due to the constant delays on our homes and the last minute fixes an entire side of the sod laid is completely dead as it was trampled due to all trades being on site the day it was laid and further there are giant spots where dead sod was laid and was pointed out prior to the closing process which was not resolved. Basically, have to replace the entire side yard and 1/4 or the front and back yards sod on our own within a month of moving in. Honestly, feel like we did not get what we paid for in respect to the sod. Overall, the house was a great value and thus far seems to largely be good quality outside of the warranty items and sod. Again sales (Trent) is fantastic and so was the title office on closing day. However, the construction process and underwriting process leaves much to be desired. ... More

Everybody which is part of the process is very helpful and attentive.

Overall, fairly happy with the build quality of the house. Were not happy at all with the level of cleanliness and finish when we moved in, and the process of getting them to come fix issues is like pulling teeth. We've had to do a lot of the work ourselves, which is unacceptable for a house at this price point. Wish we could give a better review, but Pulte leaves us with little choice.

The house was constructed well within the time limit, they kept me informing about the updates. The sales person were good in accommodating requests. The builder and all the team were good to work with.

Overall the house is built well. I would encourage anyone to be picky and don’t let things slide just because it’s a new house. The finish work was just ok. And the attention to details was something to improve on. I would use them again with a more diligent approval.

Due to some issues in the floor tile that could generate the potential tile replacement for the entire house, generated an issue to me and my family. The move -in date was delayed by 30 days, yes, 30 days that I was not able to occupy my home after the closing date. The Divosta Pulte team was responsive to resolve all the issues, but I still was not able to enjoy mi home for 30 days and I still have to pay the mortgage. I can not believe this from a company like DiVosta Pulte, one of the most reputable builder in our country.

Had an excellent experience buying from Pulte. Their communication was amazing. Daniel was very knowledgeable during our walk-through and answered all our questions. Very happy with our purchase.

The Pulte Team provided excellent support for home buying from Sales to Contruction to After-Closing Customer Care. I especially appreciated help from Howard Daniels with quick responses and information. Manan Patel was helpful during construction process with detailed information along with the project foreman. Rick Canale has been a valuable resource for after-closing issues. Ed Sacco recommended options to save in loan finances with expert advice. David Chang, VP, stepped in to help out, as well.

Our construction manager, Tyler S., did an outstanding job in making sure all areas were completed in a timely manner. He kept us informed about progress and followed up until issue was resolved! Thank you Tyler S.

UNRELIABLE! I hoped he would be different from all the others I've worked with, but sadly, he's not. I believed he would stand by his word, but he turned out to be just as dishonest as the salesman I was dealing with and his manager. It feels like everyone in this organization is colluding to mislead and deceive buyers, and it's truly disheartening.

The kitchen counter is cracked with a repair underneath Never Should Have been Installed!, the Hallway wall is out of square. It has a wave in it! There was a bird.bath in the rear Patio that is still not finished with repair. We have a HVAC system that the door need removed every time to replace the filter. All are still open tickets!!!

We are very happy with our new Pulte Home. From the beginning of the sale through the close of our home, the process was easy and professionally handled. We were informed every step of the way and any issues that came up were handled in a very timely manor. The people at Pioneer Crssoing are great to work with and we thank them for making the building of our new home.

I'd like other potential new homeowners to know that they should not close on any empty promises. In other words, do not take over your new home until everything (repairs/owed parts and or equipment) has been 100% satisfied. Just because there may be a warranty in place, a new homeowner should not have to dip into their warranty on day two of one taking over their new home. You do not want to be left wondering, "How much lipstick is on that pig"? I do not need Sonny (Senior Construction Manager) telling me he's completed thousands of homes, and my concerns are minimal (not exact words). He's completed million-dollar homes, and he never had any issues. Well, I see the materials going into my home, and I am not ok with split wood due bad nail placing or simply bad wood (materials). Currently, I'm left to listen to my neighbors with their complaints of having to still wait for their repairs to be completed, months later. Tonight alone, my neighbor has a leak from the second floor to the bottom. How long will that take to be repaired. This is one of many complaints she has. I have emailed my concerns (list of 21 and growing) with only about four items being addressed. I am trying to reframe from bringing in someone that WILL have my repairs fixed. I will reach out to my crew next week Monday 7 Oct 2024 and my concerns will be addressed then. I refuse to wait months for resolution on something that should have never taken place. The sales staff was great the rest of the process was awful I wish there was a do over financing process because I hate what I settled for to get the job done and underwriting were terrible. If I had the choice at the end I would have purchased somewhere else I believe technology replacement is evident and overwhelming to customers who still believe that happiness is the end result It was very clear and obvious no one thinks the human process or customer service experience is required anymore, honestly no more over and above just gimme my money every one hand was out and the work was sub standard from the onset of calls Pure disappointment ... Pulte mortgage is manipulating people right and left giving 7 higher interest rate where market rate is below 6 and then give $10,000 which they use to buy down the rate.
