Gita was fantastic, we had an issue with over 30 mismatched tiles in two bedrooms that was not resolved until close to 30 days after we closed. This prevented us from putting furniture in those two bedrooms, which was an inconvenience. The appraisal was done months before we closed and came in $37K under the purchase price, which was unsettling. We were given an additional $700 dollars to get a private appraisal completed. Gita did supply some comps the appraiser could have used which made us feel a little better. We had no issues with the project manager Kris and the Pulte mortgage process ...

We like our new home but do not have a ton of trust in pulte. Many of our issues and things that were promised during the punch list were pushed off and have not been actioned. We never met with the warranty man as promised and many things in our house our not square or are clearly the result of rushing and cutting corners. It is a nice enough home, but I wished that there was more accountability and pride in the work. This is sad but natural when you have non-union workers building 40 houses at once.

Saleman was great. Durrell was great. items needing repair have been taken care of promptly. There are some items in the home design that are a bit problematic.

I need to give a special thanks for Eric H. (Senior Construction Manager), he's support on the after sales is perfect. We found a few small issues when we started living in the house and everytime we addressed these points with him he quickly came up with solutions and proactively fixed them. This made the after sales experience awesome.

It doesn't appear that there is a lot of quality control checks after each contractor's work has been completed. Work is sloppy and with as little effort as possible. Workers either don't pay attention to what they are doing, don't care about the quality of their work, the appearance of their work, or just are not skilled at their job.

The building process was very smooth, each step clearly explained. I always knew what was happening, the timeline and the next steps. My house finished ahead of schedule and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. I had 2 small problems after I moved in and they were addressed immediately. The only negative points I have are the closets and pantry (for this price point I would expect something better than cheap wire shelving), and I do not like my dishwasher and wish there had been a better selection. Overall the appliance package was lacking a little for me, but I am a big cook/baker ...

Overall, my home buying experience was great! Everyone was always very responsive to any inquiries. I was in the hospital during the final steps of my closing and Pulte bent over backwards to make the closing happen. So I was very grateful for that. My only complaint is that once the process started for buying the house, I was inundated with emails from different divisions of Pulte and each wanted something different. It was a little overwhelming.

Overall, we had a good experience, but the workmanship in several areas felt rushed, particularly the plumbing and electrical. The basement plumbing and electrical work appeared to have been completed quickly, with little attention to detail. We would have appreciated more care and better quality control.

Rushed work from certain trades with a real lack of attention to details. Rushed final inspection due to administrative errors. To me, these builders would benefit from having the construction manager do an inspection before having the customers in for their final inspection. This would save on the rushed slop workmanship.

From the first I visited Pulte, I knew they were the builder I was going to use. The Sales Team guided me through the process while I sold my house in another state. Making decisions on finishes remotely was scary but everything turned out well. The Construction Manager was attentive and explained everything throughout the building of the house. Would recommend Pulte.

I gave five stars because I didn’t want Rania, Dakota, Justin, or Doug to be penalized. My buying experience was actually less than ideal. It’s because somebody in your office or team members in your office decided to charge me $300 a day for not having my down payment ready when your lending group was late on their paperwork. Horrible way to go into a business relationship with somebody.
