It’s difficult to find new construction in the area and so we jumped at the opportunity as we kept on getting outbid for resale homes. The sales rep, Eddy, was a bit aggressive and not very warm, but we had a fantastic experience with Dorian/Maxx, our construction managers. They were extremely responsive and updated during each building phase. At the final walkthrough, we did hire a third party inspector for peace of mind, and they couldn’t find any issues. Upon moving in, everything worked well and any small issues were addressed. Great location near multiple grocery stores (Smart and Final, Safeway, Trader Joe’s, 99 Ranch, Costco, Marina) and easy to get on the 101. ... More

All aspects of the build were great!

STARTING WITH THE SALES PERSONAL WHO HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL. ALSO THE FIELD PERSONAL HAVE BEEN VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONSNY AND IF NEEDED WOULD COME TO THE HOME AND SOLVE A PROBLEM IF NEED. i THINK MY HOME IS GREAT.

Very responsive and pro-active; had a tight completion schedule to meet and they met it! Only minor issues had to be addressed post-closing, and they jumped on them very quickly and completely . Our builder Shaun was definitely looking out for our interests and kept us informed all along the way. Outstanding job by the whole Pulte team!

Excellent experience starting with the Sales Associate. As more Pulte people joined the process the same level of excellent service was provided. The Pulte Field Manager and his team are extremely responsive to minor issues we've had since we moved in. Highly recommend Pulte Homes, Mortgage, and Title companies.

The builders at Pulte homes have great quality of craftsmanship, they are honest, they care about their home buyers, and they respond to any issues as soon as possible. They are very professional when it comes to explaining the process of building the house from the initial process of the house to the design center meeting, the pre-drywall meeting, the celebration meeting, and the final closing.
