Communication was excellent during entire process.

I enjoyed the complete development of home in Woodbridge. The sales manager (Khal) whom I worked was very helpful and guided me to choose the best options for the home and I must appreciate that he is reachable to answer all my questions through the 8 months of development. Since we were the first-time homeowner, we had lot of basic questions and our Field manager (Aaron) was transparent in explaining and he clarified each of them with no hesitance. His supervision made the home to fulfill our expectation and I would say beyond our expectation. Overall, the whole journey with Pulte was a wonderful experience and as a customer I like the teamwork of Pulte and I was comfortable with the Pulte process. Justin my sales consultant took the time to answer all our questions and kept us informed of the construction process all throughout the build.

No complaints here!! Happy First Time Home Buyer. Our new home looks AMAZING and all the features and upgrades are updated. Pulte offers a whole package deal!! From Sales to Closing Escrow the process was smooth and always received a quick reply when we had questions. The sales consultant at Aspen was very helpful and their construction team is very knowledgeable. We also went with Pulte Mortgage and their team is very helpful, friendly and they actually respond to emails and questions in a very reasonable time :) We are very happy with our new home!!

For being a first time home buyer the experience with Pulte was truly amazing.

We had a very positive experience with Pulte staff across the board, from sales, design and respective phases of the planning and building of the house. The house was finished and closing took place close to the anticipated date, despite supply chain and worker availability challenges related to the Covid pandemic.

Made this process very easy for us and was great at communicating throughout the process.

We were very happy with our purchase. We feel our home is lovely. We probably would have liked more about what could have been added - such as “ we could have known about closing in our deck.
