Overall our experience was good. Very difficult time to be building a house during the pandemic and supply chain shortages, but overall things were pretty good!

This home buying process was a challenge for me. The Field Manager and Sales Rep. are two of the greatest people within this field. As a first time single home buyer, they both made me feel comfortable and answered my questions along the way also explaining the difference in some of the options I chose.

Pulte’s design floor plans were the best we found when compared to three other national builders. Realistic layouts for everyday life with no wasted space. They’re also the most responsive builder I’ve ever worked with. Thank you!

As a former homebuilder myself and now a building inspector I understand the process of building a new home and Pulte was very easy to work with. They offered great options, pricing was very competitive, workmanship was good and the build schedule was very good for us especially given the current building environment. Great customer service. Love my new townhome

We are the lucky buyers of a quick-close home that had already been configured by another buyer. Although we did not go through the full customization process, Pulte treated us well and we are happy with the new home. We did have some difficulty working with their in-house mortgage team and ultimately had to go with an outside lender. Other than these hiccups with Pulte Mortgage, we are very pleased.

Quality of workmanship & materials: We are really happy my wife and me. We are just waiting Adam fix some things in our home like the ventilation panel garage and other few things Adam already know.
