I have purchased and bought 4 brand new homes. Pulte's crew showed pride in the project and build. The crew obviously had taken ownership of the final product and they are very thorough in the explanation of the mechanical and electrical systems.

Very poor communication and response from Pulte. Very difficult to contact anyone. Heating issues 3 weeks in a row within 1 month of purchase. Disconnect between HOA management firm and sales team with Pulte. Luckily the closing attorney office is helping with things since communication is poor from Pulte.

It took 10 months to move into the house. They lost our paperwork. You get no response from sales leadership. There’s a lack of communication between leadership and their sales personnel. The general manager of the sales in Polo club could give a —— about the customers after she has the sales. You have to remember when you’re buying a Pulte home you’re not buying a custom home so there are flaws and deficiencies in the build. If it wasn’t for one sales person, Britta, I don’t know if where we be today because there is no support and there’s a lof lack of communication on the top. I’m guessing ...

I first met with Cheuk in the sales office. He was so helpful and a wealth of knowledge. He kept me updated on the progress of the home. Then on the homesite, Gerry was amazing. He answered all my questions very quickly. I felt very confident that my new home was being well built. Even after I moved in Gerry was very attentive and helpful. My house is beautiful. I am very happy.

The loan team was really hard to work with, communication was not good and the platform set for it all was not used as it should, we ended up having to email paperwork twice, three times, four times over and over. The construction coordinator was great is kind and takes his time to explain things, however the finishing of the house had too many details that we taped blue and were not actually always fixed, we still have stuff that weren’t adjusted but he has done great communicating and trying to take care of it.

Great home cheap sub standard whirlpool appliances detract from the home
