I am satisfied with my salesperson who shared all the available the options and followed by design center. All the timelines are met and delivered promptly. My Builder Kevin, most lovable guy who responds in time for all the queries and also educate the things for the new home buyers like me

Many details having to constantly follow up on. Quite exhausting for the price I paid I expected more.

The home building process was smooth. The Design center was a great experience. The consultant was very helpful and experienced in helping the with the selections. I was overseas during the building process but I received weekly updates from the construction manager. Was kept informed all through the process. Would definitely recommend Pulte for a new home.

Within one week of moving in had to request over 24 service requests due to very poorly built homes with very cheap materials and poorly paid contractors

Material not as expensive

The home purchased was a “Move in Ready” home so the buyer did not get a quality review until the day of closing. Known as the Celebration Walk through, there were many items not worthy of celebration. The house flooring was really dirty and there were paint drops everywhere. The carpeted areas had paint, mud and drywall mud drops in every room and closet. The toilet in the owners suite was clogged. The lighting fixture in the owners suite was missing one glass cover. Two of the windows in the house were very difficult to open/close. There are many other workmanship issues reported to Pulte customer service and they have been slow to resolve. Every aspect of the home buying process was exceptional. The team offered wonderful help throughout the purchasing process. We couldn't be more excited about our experience with Pulte.

Our home has about 6-10 minor issues that we keep getting promises for repair - but it hasn't happened. We've lived her for almost seven weeks. Home is very nice and generally good construction and features, with the notable exception of the interior paint - it's terrible, apparently sprayed on with no primer, and we will be repainting everything as soon as we can.

This is first home for us like many other, The pulte team at columbia Station OH is excellent and customer driven.

Pulte homes are average. Lots of things they can update especially in the design center. In regards to the loan that was all good. Warranty is where it seems to be slow. I’ve been dealing with an issue since moving in and still no resolution. It’s inconvenient and now playing a waiting game.

The buying experience from start to finish was good. Keeping us informed every phase of construction. Highly recommend Winslow Point.

I love the area, and I love my house but the finishing is not at my expectations especially the price we paid. Closing was bad. Document was not ready because the salesperson Daniel had an error on our doc which we called them and he was not happy with our call on his day off. Also wiring the money didn't get the instructions until tell last minute…. Was very stressful

Everything was great with the purchasing experience. The company used for the HOA is completely unresponsive and it is very unprofessional.

Our guest room shower has two cracks in the wall, our bathroom master vanity has a crack in the sink, our master shower has a black stain on the ground.

I was truly disappointed throughout the entire process. All of my family has built Pulte homes and have raved about how on top of things they are and how much they care for their customers. I had the complete opposite happen to me. They were rarely responsive, did not listen to any of my concerns which ended up delaying my closing, and many things still are not complete and or were not hooked up after the closing. Overall, I wish I could have said it was an amazing experience, especially being a first time home buyer. But that was just not the case.

I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the entire process with Pulte. The home was built in poor condition. I had to submit many warranty claims. They are responsive but considering i have only been in my house a month its horrible. At closing i was given keys that didn't work. I couldn't sleep in my room for the first week due to issues that weren't taken care of. Overall if you decide to go with Pulte please inspect and follow through. If i had to do it again i would not purchase with Pulte.

Having a construction contractor coming to install fans, cameras, lights and other things and listen to his comments on how well the construction was done, how the space was distributed, and how so many other details were thought of, bring a sense of satisfaction.

I absolutely love my home! Being a first time home buyer, there is so much being thrown at you. I do not have anyone close who was able to help me navigate so I was relying on self, and the builder. Honestly the whole process with Pulte was so easy, from the sale portion, lending, insurance, construction, etc. I really do mean everything! Got an absolutely fantastic rate as well! You can't go wrong with Pulte!

Time limits were unrealistic due to the timeframes needed to process the loan. Many enails were unanswered.

My wife and I were initially very excited to buy from Pulte, as on the surface, it looked like a great operation and a great value. Now that we have been Pulte homeowners for two months, that has changed to dread. We found that it was necessary to constantly complain about every little detail to have any hope of quality in the home. The painting and drywalling is atrocious, and we are on our 3rd round of repairs/paint on that. The grout work for the tile is filled with holes. When we moved in, the movers couldn't believe it was a new house because they were finding so many defects in walls/floors/doors on their house survey BEFORE moving anything inside. We had to have our floors professionally cleaned prior to moving in because they were unable to remove all the dirt/mud they had brought inside on their boots. As for appliances, they installed a dented microwave and a broken oven (door was bent). Nothing was leveled (doors, fixtures, wall switches). They refuse to properly protect the house from water runoff. The gutters essentially dig holes at the side of the house, and despite listing this issue prior to closing, they simply filled in the hole and then said it was not part of their warranty. Overall, I wish I had used a different builder as I feel like my brand-new house was not built well and the interior certainly doesn't feel new with all the paint, trim, and drywall defects. ... Before you move in everyone seems very attentive. Of course all they are constantly asking you to do is give them a high score on the survey. Once you take ownership good luck getting any assistance with issues. I've been in my house 5 weeks and still have blue tape on walls for problems that have yet to be corrected. Text messages go unanswered. Scheduled repairs are no showed leaving me at home all day wasting my time. Master bath shower leaks water all over the floor. This is a known problem that they acknowledge that can be fixed. My question is why aren't you building it right the first time? I really don't want to sound like a complainer. Overall we do like our new home but for the money we have spent these things are frustrating. If you want perfect surveys you need to earn them not just ask for them. ... More

Had no luck whatsoever with the Construction Manager. As far as the house goes - pain dealing with Developer Controlled Architectural Committee for simple approval. Paid extra for a tiled shower and Pulte didn't even include a soap/shampoo alcove.
