Warranty sucks been two weeks nothing. No email, phone call or phone call. Oh they did call to tell me plants are not cover.

Pulte gives you alot of home for the money. The process was well-defined and delivered as promised.

Pulte dissapointed us. We have found so many things that needed to be fixed that is so terrible. Even my fridge was scratched and something didn’t look good inside, but they didn’t take responsibility for it. I needed to contact the appliance company so they can take care of it. We thought Pulte was a more quality builder but we were wrong. Even my garage was built with broken concrete blocks. I don’t recommend this builder. Good thing they repair everything that we had pointed to them.

From purchase to close we had a personal bumpy road with hospitalizations and other health issues. Our team Tim and Andrew made sure through it all that we were kept in the loop and constantly updated with biweekly pictures and videos of the progression. Pulte should be proud knowing that they are on there team. We cannot say enough about them.

Everybody was great, especially our construction manager Nate C. House was done on time and quality is excellent. This was our 4th new home experience and the only one I would call an enjoyable experience. These guys are real pro’s.

The home is well built and Pulte did everything in a professional and timely manner

We had one issue after another with our build. We would tell CM something was not correct, their response was on it but it never got changed until we demanded it. Towel bars are not hung straight, don't match on both sides of the sink. Take lots of pictures at your design appointment. Make sure you have correct samples of what you are picking for everything. Get exact names of products, ask the designer is this an accurate sample of what will be installed. If you build with Pulte, I would not do any upgrades with them. They do poor work. Have them build the house, save your money and higher professionals that take pride in their work and do it correctly the first time NOT the fourth. Problem with installed materials and manner in which the grass was played down.

The building took as long as they said it would everything was explained to me on my walk though about the house Its a beautiful house and I am very happy here

I cannot say enough about the home buying experience I had with Pulte Homes at Riverlights. My family and I were going through a very difficult transition at the time. The Pulte team treated my children and I like we were a part of their family. They went above and beyond to help us secure this beautiful, well built home in a fabulous neighborhood. Pulte does a great job on the sales portion of the home. Their mortgage side needs some help in the communication department. We requested a short closing ( approximately 30 days). The constructions managers who handle their walk through's and punch lists, are less than to be desired.(Promised to fix things and we were "given their word that these items would be taken care of" only to find out that the want to wash their hands of you as soon as you sign all of your documents. Great buying experience, ok financing, poor construction management and trade selections.

Everyone involved at Pulte was very nice, I felt like they wanted to help me, I know they want to sell but not everyone cares about what happens after the sale. In the end I was very happy with the whole experience and my house, the only part where I felt very pressured was the pre-inspection, when you check that everything was finished, we didn't do that inspection but luckily they did a very good job, I was worried but in the end I'm happy. Another thing is that every member of the team is very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience.Thank Pulte.

Ron is an amazing contractor, he listened to all our concerns and make sure all our issues are addressed. Not only that initial briefing he was very particular in area which need attention. His experience and expertise is quite visible during his interactions with us. We would also like to thank James who supported us in financing

Overall it was a bad experience. The quality of workmanship is not up to the mark as I see several issues including the hot water which was not coming after I moved in and later found out that the coils are completely burnt out. How come this is possible for a new house and I strongly believe that it is a sheer negligence. They must have run the heater without water. The pre drywall and final inspection revealed some issues and not all of them fixed. The most disappointing was the wooden flooring sheets on the second floor started to lift out since it is just a month showing the poor quality of workman ship. There are couple sheets on the first and second floor with chips. Another one which made us to lose the trust is that before final inspection, we marked several places on all there floors where painting and smoothing needs to be done and we marked those spots in presence of the construction manager using the blue tape. There was more than a week time but to our surprise, all the blue tapes were removed but nothing has been done including the cleaning. I don’t know what to call this……. How can we trust as the blue tapes were removed and nothing (not even a single point) was done (either painting and smoothing) causing us the home openers to lose the trust on the workmanship. I would say 70 % of the issues were fixed after repeated requests. I am disappointed that the some of the important issues raised during final inspections were not yet fixed. I have already raised my issues to Pulte customer care and someone is coming to inspect this Wednesday the 11th of September and let’s see how Pulte is going to deal and fix the issues. We actually thought of very high about Pulte but the quality of construction and workmanship is not up to the mark. I am happy with the location, the house is very nice and funcional. The quality is first class. The spaces are very good in the bedrooms, it has many closets to store things, the pool area is very good. The kitchen is beautiful with excellent space for living and cooking. Everything is excellent

Overall, happy with the experience. Attention to detail probably could have been a little better. Doing the final walk only one week before closing didn't seem like enough time for the trades to correct everything. I could have pointed out several things 3 or 4 weeks before closing which would have given the trades more time to respond. Again, over all very happy with the process, would just suggest involving the buyers a little sooner in the process could have given the trades more time to complete the items before closing. One last thing, Duke was terrific to deal with!! He is a keeper!

Very sad experience! Would not have bought a Pulte home if I had known how the experience and quality would have been.

Quality built home. And great customer service.

All tile it looks like grade school kids done the work. All bedroom tiles were not level, when they put grout in it was just as bad the tile. Sale person put us down for extra long extension lani and never got that. Our lot is lower than the neighbors and water lays in the back yard. very pour design. For the money its comparable to a $350,000 house very little closet or storage space

The whole experience was easy and smooth. We really enjoyed working with our sales consultant CJ and our construction manager, Justin. They were both very helpful and warm :) Pulte made it easy even after we got the house by having structure for setting up internet and smart home apps.

Jennifer and Ali were the best part of our Pulte buying experience. Their hard work shines through the quick turnover of what we wanted and needed. The quality for a builder home is good. I believe some of the individual upgrades could be of better quality for a 1.5 million home.

Pulte was with us from start to finish with wonderful staff and continued support I don’t think buying a new home, having it built to our needs and closing on time I don’t think you could find a better experience

Very positive home buying experience with Pulte ! The entire team was great during the home buying process and has been equaly positive post move-in. Questions have been answered promptly and issues are addressed in a very timely fashion. Some challenges with our new sod that we hope to have resolved. As a result of the great quality of the build and our overall experience to date, I recommend Pulte Homes.

We had closed recently Pulte home Cordelia Town Home, unit is great and location is awesome. Also closing was smooth. Overall it’s nice experience and we recommend for anyone who is interested to buy.

Overall, working with Pulte was a good home-building experience.
