My wife and just built a new home with Pulte and Ali and Jennifer made our experience so enjoyable. Building a new home for us was fun but stressful, and they made our journey rewarding, creating a collaborative and trusting environment.

So far the neighborhood is great. Steve in the office is awesome. Workmanship on home could be better if they just did things right the 1st time. Most issues we have had have been fixed in a timely manner

We moved to South Carolina from Oregon. We wanted a quality home where we could continue to raise our children in a house that embellished the beauty and splendor of the Low Country. We had no intention of building but happened on Pullte models in Malind Bluff in Okatie, and my Wife and Daughters and I fell in love with the Colonial model. Once we committed, we were excited to see the progress from the first shovel-start all of the way to "key day". We cannot say enough good things about our builder Hampton. He immediately earned our respect, confidence, trust, and eventually our gratitude with the finished product of our HOME. Hampton did what he said he was going to do throughout the process, was attentive and responsive, and was acurate with his time estimations. Once we moved in, Hampton told us that we might discover things needed to be addressed as we settle into our house. He told us he was there if we needed him. Hampton has been amazingly responsive to these issues, which I can honestly say, have been minor in nature. Our home is well built and of high quality. When Hurricane Debbie blew through South Carolina, we were a week in our home. We felt safe and had "0" issues. I feel like we got what we paid for in our HOME and more. To us, Hampton has been the face of Pullte, and again, he epitomizes quality! My Wife, Daughters, and I, highly recomend Hampton and Pullte homes! Construction manager, Tyler was great. I live about 900 miles away. Every week, Tyler sent pictures to show the progress. On the final walk through there was a problem with my kitchen sink. Tyler had it replaced immediately. I'm so happy he was assigned as my construction manager.

These town homes are thrown together pretty fast. The garage walls do not get full dry wall coverage. We noticed water damage when we were conducting a walk through which was minor at the time turned out to be a leak in one of the walls which was causing water to pool under the downstairs flooring causing damage to about all of our lower cabinets and trim we are well within our warranty so they are going to replace everything. Idk these are not forever homes so I guess I should have lower expectations. We will be moving once we get it together.

There is no love for the customer from Pulte Homes. Currently, we do not have an oven that works. The elevator has been out of service 4 days-unsafe and certainly not fun when you are moving in and it is 95 degrees out. We closed two months ago! We shouldn't be paying HOA fees if services are not being administered. From day one, were told we don't negotiate, you get what you pay for. They offered us dated basics; short cabinets for tall ceilings so you pay more for everything: knobs, colors, lights, etc. Follow up from sales team was terrible. It was if they were interns with no guidance. We need an oven to cook. We need easy access in and out of the condo. Pulte needs to train their employees. Bought a new home and got great support from Pulte through the sale process and post sale assistance

This is our 2nd home with Pulte. We bought the first one in 2013 and it was a great experience. We needed to purchase a 2nd home in a hurry. My how things have changed. We had no choice to design or customize the 2nd home at all. They now have HOAs. Frankly the quality is definitely poorer with us having to call their customer service to fix this and that multiple times. They are still better than others. Advice to buyers is take your time, weigh all your options, plan well, and you will be able to get a good home. If your finances are in order and you are flexible you can get good results. ... More

A great experience working with the design team and construction manager. A few items still need to be resolved.

All the representatives working for Pulte have been attentive, supportive, understanding and helpful. The overall experience with Pulte has been excellent. I do not repent in making my decision to go along with Pulte. Thank you for making this transition go as smooth as possible (even when moving across the country).

The experience was great. I had updates every step of the way. It was a long 6 months of waiting for my home to be built but I loved the process. Everyone was informative and answered all the questions we had.

Our home buying experience was great from the minute we met our sales rep to the day we picked-up our house keys! Every team member was knowledgeable, respectful, and always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. After we moved in the follow-up to make sure all was well was excellent. We were very impressed with the whole organization.

Pulte salesman Bryan was so easy to deal with, and he explained everything and answered all questions. He was exceptionally patient and knowledgable, and went above and beyond during the entire process. Construction Manager, also named Bryan was also exceptional. He explained every detail of the building process and was immediately available to answer all calls and texts. I give them both 5 Stars!

Hello, Please be aware that Chris the Construction Manager made my experience as an out of town Buyer seamless and without stress. He answered all my questions at walk through and followed through with everything that needed to be corrected. He texted and sent me pictures showing this, even after Closing and after I had gone back to my home state. I am a realtor of 18 years and can highly recommend all the professionals at Pulte I interacted at with.

This is my 3rd and final Pulte home purchase. My first house in 2003 was amazing built. The quality was remarkable. My second house in 2019 was aweful quality. The cheapest possible to get buy. The 3rd and final was the worst yet. Anything to save .10 somewhere. Las Vegas has the worst quality of water due to hardness and they did not include a water loop which is very expensive to install later. Unacceptable. The upgrades were things that could easily be upgraded later and they put the cheapest items in that cannot be replaced or upgraded like a stainless steal ugly sink. Soft close cabinet doors but not drawers. Ridiculous. You can easily change out hinges or add plungers but drawers cannot be changed that easily. The price does not equal the price. Obviously want to make money with no real concern for quality of life. I’ll be looking for something else from someone else moving forward. ... More

Title office was excellent. Project manager is exceptional.

Love my place, especially location. Was told while originally looking how they use high quality products and make sure everything is installed to perfection. I have paint splatters on my counter tops and floor that was never cleaned up before closing. My floor is starting to lift in places and I only moved in a couple weeks ago. The title company was unprofessional and not good at replying to questions or informing me of steps. The constructions managers, especially Paul and Bryan were amazing!

I’ve had a few issues with quality of materials and craftsmanship. Bathroom door hinge screws all stripped out. S so the door fell off. Two interior door handles fell off. Had issues with water sensor triggering. So A/C wouldn’t work. I’m sure there are more issues to come. Also, warranty work is only done 9am-5pm. Guess when I work??? So they won’t come to fix things when I’m home.

There were a variety of floor plans and options to choose from, making the design center experience enjoyable. Receiving email updates with pictures of the building process was a nice touch. The final walkthrough before closing was a helpful opportunity to identify any issues to address before completing the sale.

We would NOT buy a Pulte home again. Not all bad. Our builder was good, but sales team were liars and deceivers. We were sold a lot on a small lake/ pond that retained water when we bought it. Our contract even called it a lake lot. Then a couple months later, Pulte informed us it would not retain water. It was now going to be a Detention pond. Warranty department very slow in responding to simple issues and then telling me that my Ring door bell that never worked was a Do It Yourself warranty return. HOA management chosen by Pulte charges ridiculous fees to review plans for additions to home, and does not respond in a timely manner. Their restrictions are way too strict. Pool and recreation area was suppose to be completed 2 months ago is still not done. As we meet our new neighbors, we are finding that they are also having the same bad experiences. After you close on your new home, Pulte homes divorces itself from you. All they want is their profits. Also, if you try to call Pulte homes to complain, you cannot reach anyone, and no one will call you back. Beware of this terrible company. ... More

Home was not clean after closing; never received a welcome package with information pertaining to water, electricity, HOA, etc. Loan was sold to an extremely horrible mortgage company without notice.

We love our new home in Turtle Creek!! From start to finish, CJ made the home buying process very easy. We had total trust and confidence in her!! During the building process and even after closing, Luke and Nick were very responsive to our questions and addressing any issues that may have come up.
