Our Construction Manager Jim was over the top amazing to work with, he made this whole experience an amazing one for us. We had multiple visits to our homesite throughout the construction process and he thoroughly explained everything to us. Our sales rep Jerry was top notch, we had a great connection with him right away and he was very accommodating. Pulte finished our build 3 months early but we never felt that they rushed the process, one of the things we appreciated most was having our home completed before our closing date, to include all of our final walk through items. From start to finish everyone went out of their way to keep us informed on the progress of our home. any concerns we had were addressed quick and in a courtesy manner. I can't say enough about the great customer service we have received from everyone at Pulte.

Easy process up to closing and Builders respond quickly. I like my home built as expected like the model home. Lived one month and found few issues but I believe those could be cared for by warranty service.

From the beginning to the end of the process, we had the best experience with our Pulte Home purchase. Sales process was super easy! Construction process was not without a few delays (not unexpected during these crazy times) but they kept us always informed and it went A LOT faster than some of the horror stories I've heard from other folks not using Pulte. Pulte hires excellent people and delivers a quality product. Questions answered promptly and honestly. In the end everything they said was proven to be accurate. This was my second home building experience with Pulte Homes. They have made vast improvements in the customer experience over the last 20 years. I LOVE my new house! All of the team members (from the sales representative to the construction team) have been very professional. The pandemic created supply chain issues which delayed the scheduled closing date. The communication during the building process with the construction supervision and sales agent was excellent. The assurance of quality of the home construction and the result after construction met and exceeded expectations. The help given after construction for warranties and post construction issues was very good.

Great quality and great customer service and support throughout the process

The whole process of buying a new home with Pulte - from the initial visit at the sales office and visiting the models to closing to post-closing - was very easy and painless. Such a professional company. We love the house! We did find a handful of things after closing but everything has been taken care of within weeks. It’s been 2 months since we closed and there is still one item left to be repaired. It’s great to have the fit and finish warranty though! Pulte has stood by their workmanship and we love our new home and the community that’s still being built!
