You were so excited to get our new home, unfortunately it’s been nothing but disaster after disaster since we have moved in. We received our keys in April, we still do not have a stove microwave combo and it is June. The tapers did a horrific job as there are lines in my ceiling that could be confused as off-white beams. Our dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishes, our bathtub was leaking before we even stepped foot in it , we’ve had multiple issues, our bathroom tile is changing colors, It’s the intricate details that We were sold on from our friends and unfortunately it’s not living up to the name. The loan officer should not be working for Pulte or anyone else for that matter. I was asked multiple times to turn in the same paperwork week after week only to be told she couldn’t find it and I had to tell her to scroll up to see the documents on her own system. We got to the point where we were going to walk away because she had us convinced that we would have been disqualified if we didn’t continue to send the paperwork in that she had had three times before. Barri our office sales rep literally came over and cleaned out the inside of our island before Pulte put the top on even though we asked multiple times for it to be cleaned out they were not going to do it and didn’t because the counter top showed up one day when my husband was there and they were just gonna put it on top. That’s beyond unprofessional and unsanitary. I’m really hoping to move forward that’s really hard to still be excited about paying Over a half million dollars for a home that has so many preventable issues. ... More

Overall experience was good, however there are certain things in my home which are still not working like some power outlets. They will say that just keep a note of it and call the after sale service to resolve the issue. My point is why not have it properly looked before handover the keys. These are some major things which people use and can't wait for a year to get it resolved. Also when we ask anyone near the house who are still working on remaining house, they simply say now we are out of the house can't do much, you need to talk to the after sale service. Some items such as door locks were also not properly checked before the close. I would certainly recommend but please ensure everything in the house is working properly before taking the keys and ask them to make it right, right away. ... More

The overall build experience was positive. Dan was great to work with in terms of responsiveness, communication, and tried to be as accommodating as possible. The quality of workmanship was lacking (most likely subcontracting). Even after the pre-closing walk through, some of the fixes where not any better than the original issue(s). However, I will say that Dan will work to make things right.

Pretty happy with our new Pulty home. Our superintendent resigned recently, but it appears thing will get better with our new guy. We were a little disturbed that all our neighbors have a punch list of minor thing as we do, even though they have been here for 10 months. Just little annoyances. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with once we make contact. They should finish up all the existing homes before they plunge ahead with the new ones. Glad we purchased when we did as the price keeps going up. I was aware of the quality going in, but keep reminding myself that this is not a custom home. ... More

Construction manager John is awesome. Excellent at dealing with issues in a timely manner. Quick responses give us peace of mind. Some of the craftsmanship could use some improvement. Pulte is more focused on quantity over quality

Well designed homes, poor quality control on workmanship. Way too much pressure put on construction managers to deliver an impossible schedule

I just moved into my Landing-Flats unit about a month ago. I'm on the third floor when i'm in my living room i can hear my neighbor above me walking it shakes my unit and i can hear his/her foot step. overall i like my unit. build quality is decent,

Felt like the builder was waiting for me to give him a good survey teams and just disappeared (limited / no responses since then )

Over all it was good experience working with the Pulte Group!

This is my first one so I’m not sure what to expect. But I noticed a lot of things that are not done as I expected.

I believe the level of responsiveness to issues should be improved.

Buying experience was good. However, not so much with build experience, primarily due to constant turnover of build managers (4) and inconsistent (at best) communication that came with all the changes. Build material quality seems very good, with some of the trades being excellent and a couple substandard. Upshot being we believe Pulte had more houses in construction then they had material availability, managers and preferred subcontractors. Expect the pandemic was a partial cause for some of the issues.

Overall experience up through closing was fairly positive. For a production type home ,Pulte does a good job. But every new home always comes with some after-construction issues. While Pulte goes out of their way to promise that these mostly minor issues will be promptly dealt with, in reality their response to rectify these issues has been less than promised. It seems that once closing is completed they just dont care as much. It's been more than 2 months since we closed and we're still waiting to hear from them on when these issues will be resolved. We've called, emailed and texted numerous times but still no response. Buyers will be encouraged numerous times to respond to ratings requests and told that these are very important for employee ratings satisfaction evaluations. My recommendation is to tell them that once all issues are satisfactorly completed, only then will you respond. Otherwise you have no leverage ... More

Please let fix everything before closing

The experience was pretty good pre closing; once we closed on the house, getting timely responses from the Home Care Manager is frustrating at times. The Home Care Manager is having to fix workmanship issues that should have been addressed by the builder. The builder doesn't do a good job in paying attention to the final details just prior to the new owners moving in. All efforts 72 hours prior to the new owners moving in should be for the builder to go throughout the entire house to make sure everything is done right and to standard.

Experience was average. A little disappointed with Lsni. Smaller than Model Unit

I am happy to get in Pulte's home and overall feel that we made the right decision to go with them. However, I find it bit pricy. They need to review their base package of home design and selection to include basics instead of getting those features as part of upgrade options after paying extra. Other builders are offering such features at a competitive price. At the end I am happy as Pulte's bidding process allowed us to get into our dream home, while other builders have long queue!!

The construction with Mr Wesley was flawless. However, once delivered, pointed issues were not solved properly. I am waiting for more than 2 months to get some problems fixed.

The home I purchased was a spec house, so we did not get to pick out any of the features. When I asked if there were changes that we could make I was told no, even though the interior walls were not even up yet. Overall the house came out good and so far any issues that I have had have been addressed quickly.

Follow ups on items after closing can be improved

Paint work was not high quality or complete, some jobs not complete around home.

Overall our buying experience was good from our sales agent Melissa and Luisa our customer service care representative! Due to several delays and supply issues, our building time frame was heavily impacted, Communication could have been a little better. Very Disappointing was the lack of workmanship and attention to detail regarding structural walls, sparkling, painting, door frames and outlets when we moved in. Though Luisa our representative is handling these issues attentively, we are inconvenienced by contractors coming in and out to fix! If we had a proper walk through these issues could have been handled properly before our move in. ... More
