Overall experience was great. Project Manager was attentive and professional. He worked very hard to meet and in some cases, exceed our expectations. House was completed on schedule with minor punch list items.

The construction manager was very responsive to any questions/concerns and very thorough in his final walkthrough.

All questions and problems was answered and taken care of quickly.

Our Project Manager, Scott R., provided expert knowledge and support that really eased the entire process for us and helped us understand every step thoroughly, as well as help us make informed decisions!

Quality Construction and delivery of the is great. But we noticed couple of things to be improved. After closing home response is not that great. Need to understanding the customer pain. Simply saying after touching some rough-ins they will say warranty will be gone, At the time of closing also co-ordination not that great for colleting the keys.

Be aware that you will need to pay attention to the details. The framing, foundation, trim, appliances, and design selections. As a buyer, you are purchasing YOUR home. It’s in your beat interest to be highly involved in the build process. If your expectation is a HGTV hands off experience you may find yourself disappointed. Stay engaged with the process. Find all pictures you can representing the features and materials you want included in your home that Pulte provides so that there are no surprises at the final reveal. I still have some outstanding issues that are being worked on. Overall, most of my issues has been resolved.

Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

We had a wonderful home buying experience from the very first meeting with our sales rep Sammy! He was very informative and helped us out tremendously. Also - during the actual build , our field manager was Lester and he was just FANTASTIC. Lester is a very hard working individual who is there from early morning to the late hours of the evening checking in on the homes and solving issues. Lester is Truly a great asset to Pulte .

Working with our construction manager, Robert was great. He was kind and helpful. Once you are moved in, it seems that it takes a bit longer to get things addressed, but they get done.

With PULTE, as with any other builder, you really need to check that everything that was in agreement was met....

Our experience was great!! The transaction run smooth and we love our house, it's very functional and pretty. We've had to contact them for some questions after closing and they are always available and ready to help.

Zac, our project manager, came in on the of our build and did his best to fix the issues we were experiencing. Danny responded very quickly to our questions and concerns. Both were very professional

It was great experience in working with Sales team and delivery team. Overall it was very good and pretty smooth !

Diane did a gret job with guiding us through the purchase. Justine was terrific with keeping us current on the build. His photo updates were very important to us as we elected to not travel to charleston during this time due to Covid. Justin remains very responsive with post close items.

From the day I first saw the model room, I've wanted to live in a room like this. It would have been great if we could request a kitchen design ourselves, but it's unavoidable because the property we purchased was already completed. Still, I live now and have no complaints. I am satisfied with the sophisticated and comfortable space to live in.

Build experience was very good. However, the mortgage experience (separate from the build co.) was not. Unexpected valuation problems could be avoided with better coordination between marketing/pricing/sales and the mortgage underwriters.

The sales team and manager in the field were extremely helpful, friendly, and very reliable.
