Was overall a smooth process

Great floor plans and outstanding area. Superintendent is great guy to work with

I wish that I know before buying this place that they allow to have a pet. I don’t like pets! I just hope they will keep this place CLEAN outside and inside the building. Thank you and keep the good work.

Pulte has great project management. But there was small product issues found when settling in. Everything overall was smooth

This was our first time building a new home and I feel like Pulte did a great job making sure we understood time lines and expectations.

We love our new home and the price we paid wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for.

Big fan of Pulte quality homes. What made it fulfilling was our agent was a great liaison and spokesperson for the builder. We enjoyed our buying experience with her.

Jake was great to work. He was very responsive, answered all our questions and kept everything organized and on track. Our overall experience was great. There were several limiting options that resulted in a lot of extra work for us after we moved in, but that is what we signed up for. Unfortunately we didnt learn about many of these things until the design meeting which is after we already made commitments. The model home was quite deceiving as most of the options we wanted from the model home were simply not available which was very disappointing.

I am good in general with Pulte and there are a few things you need to keep in mind below. Check if a new home is thoroughly cleaned or not at closing. There were lots of painting debris and dusts on the window frames. It is really hard to remove them. Check if there are paint drops on carpet before closing. It looks like walls and ceilings are painted after installing carpet. Several paint drops that are not covered by warranty were found on a new carpet, which makes me dissatisfied with the home.

We would have liked to see the homeowner(us) be able to do more customization... Whenever we asked about adding or changing something.(and we were willing to pay for it ) .. sorry this is the plan. Pulte needs to be more flexible

The experience has been more of adventure than business. It was smooth with the builder.

Pulte has great home designs and floor plans. Staff were very attentive to our needs and answered lots of questions/concerns along the way. Now we have been in our home for 2 months, craftsman ship of the drywall and painters is mediocre at best.. very hit and miss.

We love our house, but we feel like some of the work was sub-par. For instance, the paint isn't precise in some areas, the trim boards have some gaps, and some outlets keep tripping the breaker from just using the vacuum. Also, for the price we paid, I feel like the finishes should be a little bit higher grade than what we got.

Pulte had an exact schedule to go by, and everyone stayed with, communication was excellent

There was some hiccups because of COVID-19, otherwise everything was fine

There were a lot of cosmetic issues that we’re not sure how they got past everyone’s eyes, but they’ve been responsive about helping out with those.

Oscar was the best part of the experience

Build time was 4-4 1/2 months. Some mistakes were made but were immediately address. Size and quality of the home, compared to other builders is a better value. Mike our contact was hard working and very responsive.

Some finish work amateurish. Appliances very basic.

A slight communications issue on a couple of things. They were resolved. Always courteous and polite. No major problems.
