We were not pleased with out sales agent at times. Sometimes it seemed she put her own interests or that of Pulte before our interests as homebuyers. We wished that we had used a realtor of our own or that she had encouraged us to read the contract before we signed or be more prudent about unnecessary upgrades, etc. The builders were polite and competent. They were eager to exceed out expectations and offered extras to make sure we were pleased. Some of the issues we had with buying our new home had nothing to do with Pulte, but with selling our former home and the closing process and also the mortgage approval process which was arduous. These homes need Internet TV service connections in each bedroom.

Everything from A-Z was completed however, the quality of materials is not the same in the pass compared to older Pulte built homes.

Our home is beautiful and just the way we expected to look. Like anything else, when the dust settled we found things we didn’t like. That being said, they were pretty responsive with regards to repairs.

Had a great experience with purchasing my home

Pulte home is good but there’s difference between one community to other. Some of the non standard options are giving easily in other pulte community in Indianapolis but not in HuntersRun. It’s big fight with sales team. For example customer don’t have the choice to choose bulbs type, they’ll give only soft white, will not agree to change.

The house is, for the most part, fairly well constructed. Not all the materials are top quality but none of the construction deficiencies (e.g. really crappy drywall) are, in my view, due to the foreman. Rather, some of the trades were less than, uhh, terribly skilled or concerned about quality work. The post closing follow-up has been excellent. The pre-sale mortgage process, however, was the absolute worse. Overall, I'd give the foreman, salesman, and post-sales customer service five stars; the trades three stars (on average); and the mortgage department -7 stars (unless I can give lower).

build is not the greatest quality but acceptable for the price range

It was a good experience overall. I would like the quality of the products to be better.

Construction manager Chad was so great to work with. Very responsive, friendly and followed through.

Not the highest quality of workmanship. Numerous places where painting was poorly done and molding not connected. Issue with flooring within two weeks of moving in.

Some of the sub-contractors could have done a better job. Some of the finishes were rushed and should have been better.

If we had a wish list it would include: 1. safety grab bars in the shower 2. towel bars in the baths. This is an over 55 community. Seniors should be considered when designing the units.

Pulte builds fairly decent homes for the price. I would recommend this builder if you are looking for a home that’s doesn’t give you wasted space in there models. Our home was in the mid to upper $300s but with almost every possible to make it look nice. At the end of the day I did not experience anything over the top when compared to other builders and we build 4 homes thus far.

The process can require some personal time, but it is well worth it.

I understand that I was supposed to get a survey about my Pulte finance team and my Project Manager. I never got those and would really like someone from Pulte to call me regarding this.

Given the fact that we bought a home during the peak of covid19, the overall experience from the salesperson to the general contractor in charge of building our home was pretty great. There have a been a few surprises since moving in. However, the response time to resolve those issues has been A+.

Tyler the construction manager is very responsive and accommodating. Also, the issue for clogged toilet has been addressed promptly.

Great home, for a great price!

We love our home and are exceptionally pleased with it. There have been a few issues, but between the project manager and warranty consultant, things get fixed pretty quickly. The difficult part of the home building/buying is we lived in VA while the home was in TX. Until the last 2 months, it was difficult to get updates on the home. The final project manager was the best in keeping us informed.

This was overall a good experience. They are definitely one of the most experienced home builders I have come across

Home is great with appliances and tiles and hardwood floors. All ceiling LED lights are very nice and bright the home. All staffs are friendly and quick response to any issue that I have concerning the home.

Our overall experience with Pulte was very positive, with a few small but bothersome issues. There were a few repair items we pointed out to the build team during our various meetings. While some of those were addressed upon reinspection, others weren’t and we had to repeatedly ask for some minor repairs and touch ups to be completed.

We purchased this before it was built and I want to thank everyone involved in this process from beggining to end. We love our new home.

It was a very smooth overall experience.The build quality is great and the community is awsome.
