Our Pulte was well built from the foundation to the roof. Disappointed in the quality of the lawn that was installed. Too many weeds in the lawn from day one. They have added some top soil due the uneveness of the lawn. I'm working tosolve the crab grass problem but feel Pulte should provide a better quality of grass.

The personnel was very supportive in our endeaver.

The team did the best they could with the challenging subcontractor base.

Disappointed in the attention to detail. Paint chips here and there. Nicks here and there. Flaws were not obvious but we are neat freaks and maybe expected everything to be perfect. Love the floor plan and the sunsets.

the house is very well built with every detail very well finished, my family and I love the neighborhood the neighbors are very friendly . only one detail that I did not like was that the house was not cleaned before closing ,it was very dirty with a lot dust and one of the bathroom was extremely dirty the windows full of dirt .I talk to the representative she says they hired a company to clean the house, I do not think they did the work ., I had to hire staff to clean the house ,I couldn't let my daughters play in a dirty house

Having expected better build quality than I would have had with WCI or Lennar, I was surprised that obvious quality problems were not remedied before the final walk-through. An obviously mis-cut tile was missed by the construction team, so there was a visible gap between the tile and kitchen cabinet. There were also scratches on most of the windows in the house. Given how much I paid for hurricane-proof windows, that was disappointing and rather upsetting.

Great quality home that is of a reasonable price and is beautiful! Up until now, any issues are timely addressed by warranty as well.

The home is great. I wish Pulte would put a blind on the glass section of the back foot. It’s very difficult to obtain something to cover the glass for privacy. Also at least paint the garage so it does not look old on the walls. Thank you.

Developer is good but some contractors who build the house are really bad! Unfortunately a lot of thinks in the house are bad! Quality of the job done for paint, door installation are bad! Painting walls without covering the floor. Pulte need to check people they are hiring to build the house. They will fix everything but you have only 30 days to do that! Everything else is good!

Was really pleased with the entire process. The house was completed on time and we were very satisfied with our foreman.

The only suggestion that I have is that you go through the entire process of initial consultation, the smart home consultation and the design team consultation and then allow the buyer a week to finalize their decisions. This allows the buyer time to review in case they want to make final adjustments on the final product price.

The door to master bath is in awkward position. Conflicts with shower door when open. Slider hidden door would have been better. Similar issue with master suite door and hallway. I am not fully satisfied with insulation of floor of unit above us. I do realize in multi level living there will be some noise. I thought your system of insulation would be a little better.

Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase. Any issues were fixed within a reasonable time frame.

The house is very structurally sound. Very impressed with this aspect of home.

It is lovely. I’ve only lived here for 10 days and have not experienced any issues or any untrustworthiness.

Field manager was very responsive to concerns. Build quality is not what I would expect for a $350,000 house

Mark has been awesome in following up any issues since we’ve moved in. He’s made this experience excellent.

Beautiful, well built. The grounds are well kept. Nicely landscaped. The appliances are okay, but to me, are not as good or easy to use as the ones in my old house.

Sales and Warranty Personnel have been fantastic to work with!

Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of our new home, although at the price we paid I puke have expected even higher end finishes. The building process went very smoothly. My only real criticism is post sale. The building supervisor had told us in our walkthroughs that the sod line (seed in the back and sides) would extend to the front of the house but it stops at the front of the garage. Now that they have our money, he says it was laid correctly. Not much we can do about it since we don’t have witnesses to what we were told verbally. I’m not sure they are in any hurry to replace our range hood or get our shutters installed. ... More

Quality of workmanship: no major issues but is lacking in attention to detail. Drops of paint and drywall mud on the flooring throughout the home, and in the showers. Trustworthiness: overall a pleasure to work with, the sales department was very helpful and informative. During a warranty repair where the bottom of a sliding closet door was falling apart it was found that all of the sliding closet doors were having the same issue. When the repairman called the building manager to report what we had found the building manager seemed annoyed that he was calling her while standing in front of me and was trying to sweep it under the rug. Value for price paid: as with anything there will always be minor things that come up. For the price paid I would have liked a little better attention to detail, but overall value seems very comparable to the price paid. Responsiveness to issues: So far I have had 2 warranty claims and both have been responded to very quickly. 1 of them has been fixed and the other we are still waiting on. ... More

With Pulte you get what you pay for - no surprises (plus or minus). Actually the fact that Pulte was able to get the job done on a normal schedule in the midst of a Pandemic is noteworthy. There was a little bit of correction needed in workmanship, but it was minor. This was the third Pulte new house we have purchased during a 23 year period, as our retirement needs changed, each with the same satisfactory result.

Everything went well, except the delayed closing (only partially due to COVID-19). Build quality is very good.

High costs for options

Thank you for building my new home. I’m slowly getting unpacked. The builder team is very nice and good about communications. They will do whatever they can as quickly as they can if you have requests or concerns. The contractors work could be done a bit better for the price paid.
