The sales agent that assisted us played an important role to make everything smooth in our acquiring our first home.

Before we buy we need to check the agreement with builder and prices

The quality of the builders, Eric and Gus, is fantastic. I could not say anything better about them and their responsiveness to issues. On the opposite spectrum, I would never recommend using Pulte Mortgage. The loan process was the worst I have ever dealt with and took the fun out of watching the house being built.

The only disappointment is the fact we are 2 months into our new home and have yet to receive our Oven / Microwave combo for our kitchen. Overall experience was satisfactory.

The reason we chose Pulte was because of our Sales Rep Emily .. who sadly moved mid way through the build. She was amazing and a true asset to your team. Our PM Joe really went to bat to get things completed for us. He stayed in communication and on top of work orders. We appreciate he kept his promise to us.

i felt like i was always making the calls to check on my new home and i thought it should have been the other way around

The builder, his construction manager and his warranty team were very responsive to any issues that arose during the building of our house. Unfortunately, we had some subcontractors whose work was well below average, specifically the painter and whomever installed the duct work. The painter left many drips imbedded in our grout and the baseboards are a mess. Three ducts in our house contained styrofoam that prevented the fans from working properly. 30 days after closing and our kitchen cabinets still need trim work that should of been installed at closing. People were great in dealing with problems in a tough building environment.

I would like to say that the seller agent and the construction manager helped me keep my hope on the purchase of the house. The construction of the house took approximately a year. The builder company values more production over the quality of its final product. The price of the house unbelievable high. My high score goes to the seller agent, the construction manager, construction care manager, and the construction workers on this review.

Once they actually started building the home, things went well.

We are happy with the home overall but we were disappointed and frustrated with the buying process. Too many people associated with the purchase of the home. Mistake made on husband’s Social Security number. When we received phone calls and we had to return call it took sometime 6 hours. Also we would receive documents that needed us to fill out and sign at like 5:00pm with expecting a quick response.

Things went much smoother when Wes took over as construction manager

House looks very nice and people very helpful.

Overall a good experience, there were alot of barriers with the sale and account team but the builders and title team made the experience worth it.

Unfortunately this builder isn’t much different than many of the others where you have to perform their inspections for them. Too many issues get missed and the end consumer gets stuck having to deal with them, all so that they can make their monthly quotas.

EVERYTHING is an extra charge!!! Be careful with the upgrades. They are super expensive. If I knew that ahead of time I would not have built with Pulte. I could not get colors or designs that I wanted!

I want it to be known that my review is being written in a world devastated by the current climate of our nation and world as it relates to COVID related issues that either slowed down and/or played a role in some of the poor craftsmanship of the house and closing process. So with all that being said, our construction manager was extremely responsive and fixed issues rather swiftly. Overall the experience was swift, transparent, as well as very detailed in regards to what we were getting. Construction process was thorough and detailed, however I wish the follow through after closing would have been better.

Pulte are really good with their commitment. They take responsibility for the things they deliver. A few things that we don't like about was the charges they do have onto the upgrade options. They do provide the time frame for the closing which is really almost 4 months which really doesn't help if you are renting the apartment in your current situation. And qualities wise they always talk about the Pulte standards if you really find any defect or something that you really don't like with them.

I trust Davor to do his best and provide a high quality experience, and I have zero complaints about his aspect of the home buying experience. Naseem on the other hand was difficult to interact with, did not follow through, did not provide accurate information and was not appropriately responsive. I am not the only individual in our neighborhood that has this opinion, and I truly think that he needs to be better trained if he is to remain. I do not normally voice complaints, but working with him did not benefit my experience at all.

Leo was great and always responsive

On field manager was always available during construction to answer questions and try to solve issues. Thirty days after closing he is no longer responsible. The next person in line is not as available and issues are unanswered leaving us as new homeowners to solve them

Pulte builds a good quality home. The response from their employees to our overall process was less then we expected. Between delays in the building process to getting answers to our questions was a struggle to say the least.

Craftsmanship was evident throughout the home. The cabinets, countertops, floor etc all have been installed very well.

the closing experience was not so good, from our keys being lost to not have a customer service rep reach out to us at all! Nevertheless the overall home quality was very good, but customer services is definitely an area of opportunity.
