No doubt that Pulte homes are high quality homes and the way the explain about the home is real worth .

Excellent responsiveness to consumer’s after-purchase problems or needs.

Overall the building experience was positive, they finished the home in the time they promised, quality of the build was good, some small details that were fixed. In summary my experience has been positive.

Craftsmanship leaves a lot to be desired I can not rate responsiveness because I’m still making a list and have not submitted yet but it would not let me leave it blank.

Very good communication between autumn and us. Any issues she fixed right away. House is great so far

The biggest disappointment has probably been the paint. We closed on October 23rd and we've already seen areas where the paint is chipped, wasn't applied thoroughly or wasn't taken all the way to the corners. While I understand it's not high quality paint, I personally expected a better paint for the sizable investment we made with Pulte. We will now have to hire someone to fix these issues which we felt should have been done in the first place. I would also add we have a few areas in the floors that have been pushed up. Follow up to correct issues after closing is slow. Would at least appreciate a periodic phone call or email status report on outstanding items. Has been >2 months since reported by home owner...a growing concern.

We bought our new Pulte home in August 2019. Sales and construction kept in close touch throughout the process. We expected some delay in the close date, but it ended up being delayed a total of 6 weeks. After moving in, it took three months for a few last issues to be resolved (things like replacing a door, staining the fence, wiring external outlets, etc). Although the process was a little longer and more annoying than we'd expected, ultimately we are very satisfied with our new home. The house itself is lovely and very well constructed. I would definitely consider Pulte again in the future.

Always received timely feedback o questions and issues from the sales team and project manager.

We love our new home and we have had quick responses for things that needed addressed.

This is our second new home build (1997 and 2019). We built an "Ascend" model home with Pulte and moved into our new home in early October. The construction and layout are awesome. Pulte has taken convenience into consideration in their home designs. The upgrades are a bit pricy from our taste but have been well worth it.

We feel it is a good buy though we might have played more. Customer service is great.

From a Builder Manager, Daryl has been great to work with. Some of the laborers could probably do a better job at treating the build as if it were their own home

We had some issues that were identified before we moved in and after. The issues were addressed very quickly. Our experience with the sales and project staff has been very pleasant.

I have only been in for 2 months, but everything so far has been great.

Overall good experience and a well crafted home, however, the follow up on the inevitable punch list is frustrating and diminishes the joy of new home ownership.

Pulte makes a great house that we really love that's energy efficient and a style we like. Responsiveness to emails and calls was great prior to closing. However, after about a week of living in the new house, we had a list of about 5 things needing fixed. After addressing these issues with the construction manager, there was no urgency or communication on when they would be fixed. After multiple contacts with him, it ultimately took going to the Pulte sales rep and having him crack the whip to get the construction manager to fix just one of the issues. And now its been almost a month and we still have 4 items outstanding we are needing fixed with no communication on when they will get done or any timeframe...just sending us in circles with a new construction manager with no solution. Before we moved into the house I was encouraged to fill out a survey leaving all 5 stars, so I did. But now I feel like I put the cart before the horse as responsiveness has dropped off since we closed. Unfortunately moving in from another state, I was unable to attend the walkthrough and had the realtor do it, so I was unaware of the issues prior to closing as she did not catch these things. I always like Pulte homes floor plans because plans are designed keeping customer needs in minds and plans are suitable for all ages. I like Pulte site plans too , it provides bigger lots and nice backyards, and home elevations are modern and nice. But quality of workmanship varies from property to property due to lots of third party vendors ( multiple companies works with Pulte for same Community) . I observed same plan , same upgrades installed and constructed different way and quality levels are different, field officers response varies from client to client. Experience with Sales Office was good , but we wish we should have known all other available upgrades upfront so that customer might have customized as per their personal interest. Sales person are very friendly and very cooperative , but on flip side sale persons do not explains each and every upgrades i.e electric switches, wiring options, USB port details etc.. Backsplash design and color selections are very limited., Lighting included in base price very poor quality. Overall I have mixed experience in dealing with Pulte. My Suggestions: 1)Placement of pull down attic should have been better in some plans. 2)There should be an option to take out PPC and upgrade to something else. 3)Deck size should have been little bigger on crawlspace homes (specially length from home , 8 feet is not good enough) ... When the contractors came back to finish touch-ups, I feel they gave better quality and didn't rush - they did a VERY good job. There are drops of paint that stand out in the overall paint job of the house. Upon closer inspection, stain on the stairs has drip marks and the hand rail didn't look like it had a complete stain at the top end. In the MBath the one side of the molding wasn't painted. The overflow holes' covers in the bathroom sinks are scratched up and I assume are old/re-used. Failed radon test and wasn't compensated enough to cover the fee for fixing it. Guest BR gets VERY cold - will need to be re-assessed if 5 degree difference. With door closed there is 10 degree difference. ... More

We love the location and the final product. There were definitely bumps along the way including an immediate price decrease, right after we had purchased and locked in our price and problems with easements on our property that were not disclosed in the sales process.

Very easy to work with and very professional.

Boulder should make sure that all cables are working. As I have lived there for almost 2 months with no Internet connection available. I’m not sure who’s responsible however cable was broken under the street and I am now waiting for a city approval to fix that issue.
