have multiple issues with the home from nails popping out of the carpet, missing Hangers, caulk, gaps between wall and floor.

At first the builder seemed eager to help and address the issues with our brand new home. He seemed especially concerned that his first review vis survey received 5 stars. Now it’s been over a month without all issues resolved and we are now noticing some quality issues, especially with our cabinets. We were told “scratches and dings” were not covered after 30 days. However the issue is. It scratches and dings, more like cheap quality laminate on cabinets. They said we got a cabinet repair kit to fix it ourselves but we never received one. Buyer beware. Our neighborhood has experienced so many issues. The only thing I can say good is location - close to everything. Everything else has truly been a nightmare. I don’t know if I’ve met a neighbor who had a good building experience. It seems they hire workers who don’t care about the work they do and then they have no quality controls in place to make sure work is being done correctly. And these are expensive houses! I would never build with Pulte again after my experience.

Having sun lights within a house is essential rights, and pulte made it for us.

Our Construction Manager Daniel did a good job covering things with us as we are not around for the build. We had a record rainfall yesterday, no issues at all.

Sales person Cathy was great to work with. Project Manager Brian always available to answer questions. Love the view and house.

All in all the experience was good. This is a second, eventual retirement snowbird home. The communication was ok but I did not push. Closed in June and will not return to the home until this winter. Can’t speak on workmanship because we have yet to spend a day there. Construction managers were very knowledgeable, sales rep was great

The entire process was seamless. Brandon was an exceptional representative of Pulte and very knowledgeable. Ed and George provided frequent updates and were extremely attentive to my questions and concerns along the way. They offered solutions and provided professional guidance, even after closing. Great job by all!

It was great experience with Pulte.

Hi, I am 45 days into living at pulte and my master bath plumbing already leaks. My office room ceiling needs to be cut and repaired which might need some time. Response from maintenance was fast but just when there was no room for negotiation and any additions on quick move in home, I expected utmost quality. I did not expect plumbing problems just a month in home stay.

Informative in each phase of building our new home. Closing occurred as scheduled and with no issues. Since closing Pulte has timely addressed every requested normal punch list item upon occupancy, such as irrigation, floor repair, and paint. We are very pleased with our experience.

Pulte was very easy to work with and understanding of my changing closing date. We needed to sell our current home as part of a corporate relocation and Pulte was flexible with us on the closing date. The pre closing celebration and inspection all went great. Overall, they build a really nice home with many great features. The only thing I would like to see improved is the fine detail with trim work and paint. Some areas were a little sloppy considering its new construction and we paid a premium price.

Paying a million and chasing for every walk in inspection item has been a pain. On top of that management didn’t pay attention to have the home ready with internet fiber cable. Takes 2 weeks to put things in order. I am asked to close home with all items open otherwise it will create a lot of other issues (like a threat) then asked to sign off on walk in inspection checklist to mark everything is closed. After chasing construction manager for 6 weeks now , I am told go and raise service request and he only managed production lines. Few like a fool with sweet talks on signing the documents when items on checklist wasn’t closed. Dishwasher starts leaking and I discover it only when my handyman removes baseboard for doing a paint job , 5 days to action and appliance company comes and fixes it instead of replacing the appliance when complaint was raised within 22 days of buying. I wouldn’t trust the builder and home buying from Pulte ever for ruining my dream home experience ... More

The overall home building / buying experience was not what we expected. Our construction manager Aaron was great he delivered a complete home ready to move in with all the systems working and everything done to standard. I felt he supervised the construction of the home as it was his. He kept us informed every step of the way and was a great asset in this process. Our sales consultant was awesome. Kristina is the reason why we chose our neighborhood and she helped up with everything and was our point of contact and eyes on the ground as we lived four hours away. Our disappointment was with the design center and with PULTE chose of design options and decisions. Some of the upgrades and design options we did not want and Donna would tell us that is what it is. No explanation of why things were a certain way. We paid a lot of money for a home and some responses from Donna just were not what we expected. Some of the things that PULTE design team came up with just do not nake any design sense. And no one at the design center could explain the why. She did not explain many thing and when we saw the finished product we were surprised. All in all Aaron and Kristina ensured we had a beautiful and well built home. They are the reason we went through with the closing and and now living in our home. We give them both a 10 out of ten star review. ... More

The on-site crews were very attentive to resolving issues before closing. After the closing, however, has been a total disappointment...zero contact confirming issues to be addressed. No emails, texts, etc. from customer support. Issues with low quality garage door panels with obvious manufacturing defects then blaming winds. Extremely disappointed in customer service after the home closing.

We bought a spec home from Pulte. We really like the home layout and design, and their team chose a lot of updated but still neutral design options that we are happy with. There were some hiccups after first buying the home, but Pulte did work with us to address them in a reasonable manner.

This is my second new Pulte home and once again I’m very excited and pleased with my new home and community.

- The real estate agent was excellent in his service (Mr. Chris). - The bank was very bad; they were still asking for documents on the day of closing (I don't understand). - The materials are by the type of property purchased. - The workmanship was not good, as we had flooding in the yard and alley almost every time it rained. We requested a solution, but nothing was done (we are worried that it might get into the house). - We have some minor issues related to painting, drywall, and electrical work, but they have not been resolved either.

Constantly changed project managers. Continue to pursue customer care for items not agreed upon before closing.

Very smooth home purchase experience from start to finish. We were included with every step of the process and were informed with the developments. The home was ready for closing at the tentative date provided without delays. The sales team and construction team are great to work with.
