Great project management!

I had to sell my washer and dryer because they were to big and the door wouldn’t close. These are modern townhomes they should have laundry rooms designed for modern from load machine. Even the standard machines I had to buy as replacement were just the right size for the door to be able to close.

The house is great overall & our builder Brian was awesome the whole way through the process. This was my third house to build and his communication was by far the best I have experienced. Through the process we switched lots and because it required a new contract we were charged the new higher prices that went into effect after our original signing (they had our earnest money and easily transferred that over though). It left a bad start to the process for what felt like a lack of customer service and more of a bottom line deal. Lastly be ready to upgrade features to get the house that you want as their base level is very plain. Brian was the best part of the process and the house turned out great, but our early on experience with management made me question if the company wants happy homeowners or as much money as possible from everyone. ... Responded promptly to any questions, good quality materials, great designs

Some of the subcontractors could be more careful: 1. Contractor who installed the pedestals (the utility access boxes) needs to buy a level. They are all crooked. If the landscaper messed them up, they should fix them. 2. Contractor who installed the electric meter on the side of the house. Many are not level.

Everything is perfect inside house. We noticed few places with minor glitches inside house. But those are acceptable. However the backyard and front yard lawn is not done as expected. Grass has completly died at lot of places before we moved in after closing. I am still following up and expecting lawn redo from Pulte field manager. Not heard about it yet.

Field manager was outstanding with advocacy for the homeowner and responsive communication. Slower than expected sales reflect a less than ringing endorsement regarding the value for the price paid for this community. Reasonable quality of materials and workmanship overall, but some areas could have been better for the price of the house. Particularly disappointed that the drywall seams in the garage were not finished. Also, the double hung windows have a fixed upper half, making it extremely difficult to clean the outside. Also, the lack of outlets in the unfinished basement is troublesome. ... More

Was mostly satisfied with the building process. The finishing was not not the best. Some issues although minor were not up to expectation. More effort needed on fine details especially when a home is new.

I wasn't overly impressed with any aspect of the process except our contractor (who's now leaving the company.) Pulte Mortgage was reliable except for the local VP who was on a power trip and a little rude. Fortunately, I only had one interaction with him. Our contractor and mortgage contact, Zach, were the people I trusted the most. The workers that build the house and mostly unreliable to do quality work unless the contractor stays on top of them. Fortunately, he did that for us and we're happy with the finished product. If he had less attention to detail, I don't think I would be as happy with the final product. ... More

Fast construction and fair prices. Addressed everything in independent inspection. Some aesthetic issues at final walkthrough (paint etc) that were never addressed.

Focus on electricity condition

Overall we are happy with the home. Purchased mainly because of the location. Have purchased Pulte homes before in other states and were surprised at the difference. As I said, overall happy but there is room for improvement.

We were amazed how quickly and this house was built. Finished exactly in the time line given us the day we bought!

Overall build quality is good. Be sure to ask beforehand where the outside unit for your A/C will be located. We didn't ask and ours is outside our bedroom window. Not happy about it, but can't do anything about it.

Nice house but pricey for what you get.

I am satisfied with job done by the company. I would like to have more lighting installed on the ceiling of the rooms. Also I would prefer different flooring on the balcony.

It’s been over a month that we moved and it’s nice, we’re enjoying the home. There’s no big issues. Couple of small issues fixed by the service team.

Workmanship can be a little much better , making sure the tiles are aligned ,corners are sharp . So materials are also lower quality the sheet rock is so soft , that indentation are visible if u put a little pressure . structurally the house is well made .minor attention to details will go a long way

Pulte is a solid builder. You need to stay engaged and make sure communication is clear. Would be great if they would be reasonable with design center pricing and options. We did very little during the process and had to spend nearly 20% of the purchase price to get a nice home. Doing quite a bit of work after we moved in because it was not possible to do with pulte during construction.

Construction and closing process when very well. We had a couple of minor issues that were taken care of quickly. Overall it was a great experience.

Dustin and Linda were outstanding. The home was not presented in an appropriate way however from a cleaning standpoint. The cleaners did a very poor job. There also seem to be issues with chunks of dirt or who knows what not being cleaned before carpet was laid so there are lumps all over the floors that have carpet.

It has been really smooth working with Pulte during the purchase. Everyone (sales, mortgage, title company, field manager...) we worked with was very good at answering our questions. Unfortunately our basement started leaking water several weeks after we moved in. Reported the problem to the warranty team 3 weeks ago, but still waiting for a response to schedule the repair.

House Interior especially drywall is incredibly bend , there is not a single streight wall, the hight and length not matching at all, drywall not leveled at all, we have few sport where cealing drywall is incredibly bend , i gladly show that to inspection.... Then another issues with internet wiring , mot a single cable was woried properly, btw our neighbor had same issue with cable, so we had to hire it guy to revwire all house .
