Responsiveness started off strong but got a little frustrating towards the end and after closing.

The home is relatively amazing. The contracted workers(painters, etc.) were pretty sloppy and didn’t pay attention to detail at all. Pulte and Georgia Power did an amazing job, but the painters and dry wallers etc. made a bit of a mess of a good thing. I would recommend the company, but they need to pick better workers.

Pulte puts together a beautiful home, very pleased with it. However, after just a few weeks already noticed a handful of areas where there wasn’t as much detailing in the final product as was initially portrayed. Would still recommend Pulte and purchase from them again.

Lot price is a direct cash in their pocket. Other than that, the quality of building is great, they are generally responsive to any post sales work, although maintenance requests can take a bit longer. Overall, recommended!

The houses are not custom built but are mass produced using local labor with oversight from Pulte Managers. There are rigid construction practices and quality is acceptable but do not deviate.

Read all the paper work before agreeing to sign with pulte mortgage . They say they will give you $10,000.00 toward close but not really when they are paying for stuff that is typically paid for by the seller out of said $10,000.00

i am not completely satisfied about the house for the price i paid. i upgrade a lot of stuff in the house, and as soon as i moved in I found out a few things started chipping and peeling, i called, emailed, texted, it took a month for me the get answer and i got an attitude too. this is my second Pulte home, i have to say i am disappointed. And if i get another house, it will not be Pulte.

I did not rate Pulte 5 stars for quality of workmanship and value for the price paid. While I understand I did not purchase the highest upgrade, I somehow believe from past buying experiences with another builder, that Pulte could still have done better for the price paid. As a big construction company with strong buying power, Pulte could have done better in terms of quality of carpet installed, the stove which is still a burner instead of flat top, and the lack of over-the-stove microwave, all of which are already reasonably priced these days. Medicine cabinets should have been installed in the two full bathrooms instead of just flat mirrors as a space saving strategy. As this unit I bought is already designed for a certain model, I should have been offered the chance to have a refrigerator and a washer/dryer installed at the time of buying so that those are already in the unit at time of closing. Of course, for an extra price for those appliances. This would have saved time on my end upon move-in. The employees are why I gave 5 stars for trustworthiness and responsive to issues. Just had a couple of calls made to get someone to come and worked on a couple of issues, but still in due time. Will I buy again from Pulte? Yes, overall, but I hope to see truly better value for the price paid even if I don't have to go for the highest upgrade. ... More

Superintendent was terrific

Sales and Super were great. Trades need some work but overall good build.

They were very responsive to any problems we had. There's 30 days after move in to address any issues. The only thing I would advise, if you've never had an HOA get the guidelines before you buy. It's very restrictive to someone who's been a private homeowner for all their lives.

The project was completed on time and no issues till now.

Despite punch list items being agreed the follow up has been slow. If they are waiting to finish all the house construction before they attend to these items then I am fine with that but please inform your customers. Frustration is born from unmet expectations

Just recently moved from CA to AZ and was able to manage the whole process from CA. Ron Rolfes was great at communicating and sending photos. He responded to all calls in a timely manner and address any issues we had right away.

Bought home is a large gated community. It has natural preserve area but missing walking trail or play ground for kids. The upgrades were very expensive and had limited options.

Overall, the workmanship and materials are among the top quality, the value for the price is good. So far, the responsiveness to issues has been prompt.

The after sale service from the builder was super and they were reliable. Steven in particular delivered a complete house in the end.I thought all the finishing touches should have been done before closing, Mass production leads to the above problems.

As a first time homebuyer I was nervous about the process, although it was stressful, I don't think I'd rather go through the experience with home buying with any other company but Pulte.

With designing the home there were too many things that were "upgrades", which most were quite costly. The model that is available does not show the real product as almost everything is an upgrade. Its also annoying that you have to wait for sod in order to add a larger concrete pad in the back. Late July and no sod, so our concrete pad needs to wait another month to complete. My AC fan is loud and needs to be on at all times in order to keep the house cool. I'm sure I should have upgraded that too. Our house seems to be built well but Pulte didn’t do some of the things we noted to be fixed during walkthrough. We almost didn’t sign due to them not doing a single thing on the list. I indicated some things that we needed done before we were to close in 4 hours and those were done. Some of the others were done after putting in warranty service request but I’m either going to fix the rest on my own or have already fixed it. The service team is extra responsive and things are fixed within two weeks. Overall, I had a good experience with Pulte. Our sales person was great to work with and more importantly, we love our new home! The floor plans are nice and it was the right house for us. My only advice, if you are building from scratch, is to make sure that you are involved in very step of the construction /build as much as you can. There were times that we caught some mistakes in the construction. We pointed these out and they were rectified, but my point being we caught them in time. Once you are close to the closing date it will be harder to get these corrected. Best of luck!

Beware that the stairwell to the second floor is not designed well. it’s impossible to get a normal size couch to the second floor. in addition there are FOUR doors in the master bedroom that are a bit cumbersome to navigate. otherwise i’m entirely happy and really enjoying settling into my new home.

construction team is very execution focused and get things done as soon as they physically can. of course contact with sales office needs work as the closing took a lot of effort!

I was impressed by the value that Pulte provided. For any small issues that were found, they were responsive and prompt in dealing with them. Would recommend Pulte to friends.
