We were very impressed with the hands on experience working with our Supervisor

The homes and community are very interesting. You can count on Pulte to finish what it started, unlike other builders who initiate a community then end up leaving parts of it to another builder that the community looks hodge podge in the end. The sales and design process was great, but execution leaves more to be desired though.

Pulte homes come with average standard options. The model homes give a false impression of what a Pulte home actually looks like. There are many options to upgrade with prices that are very expensive. The home was built very quickly which was a benefit. However, there were numerous repairs that needed to be made due to poor quality work in some areas. The construction managers were responsive to correcting our concerns.

The house is nice, a few issues were found and are being addressed, quality was overlooked for time it seems in parts of construction. The hoa fees are high, especially for the area, and there so far is no reason for this...no play areas, garbage not included, and a gate that is only closed evenings. Not sure what we’re paying for in regards to hoa

Generally speaking, Pulte's standards are high and their responsiveness to issues is excellent; however, there is room for improvement when it comes to the supervision of subcontractors/business partners during the final "finishing" construction phase. Some finish items need more attention to detail: carpentry trim work, final painting (we had lots of "overspray" at the crown molding/wall area; crooked electrical switch plates; granite not polished (rough edges); landscaping selections don't fit size/scale of yard. The worst issue we encountered was an improperly installed door threshold/quarter-round trim molding that our small dog caught his paw in, twisted and ruptured a disc resulting in emergency spinal surgery. If the installer had taken five extra minutes to fix the "gap", there would have been no hazard. So, as stated above, more attention to detail needed with the subcontractors performing the finish work. We especially love the modern layout, the generous room sizes, the flooring options and the master bath is fantastic! Pulte has extremely high standards overall--so work with your construction representative and field supervisor closely to ensure the finished product meets their high standards and your overall expectations. Great construction manager but weak point of sale experience.

Home has a nice layout and the decor is great. Quality does not quite match the price.

Overall, very little complaints. We saw the Lowry model, told our rep we wanted it, and they made it happen. They were accommodating with our preferred payment style, etc. The house itself is very thoughtfully laid out - it's meant for families in the 21st century. Not a ton of bells and whistles, but honestly, super fair pricing. They also finished the home on time, so we got to move in our original closing date. The only issue is they missed a few things on move-in day. The home was not cleaned and they did not repair the small scratches, dirt spots on carpets, muddy floors, etc. It was kind of an ordeal to get them to do it honestly even though that was promised multiple times during the buying process. It is a good house, but they can make more better with the same cost.

Over all good experience with service

Compare to few years ago Pulte build quality is not that good. Have seen few issues during the build and post building.

Can’t wait until the entire development is finished, such a peaceful and beautiful area! Houses are nicely made.

Pulte is a good builder this is our 3rd home with them the financing and all the paperwork Pulte makes everything easy no hassle. The quality was good also everything very modern. As for warranty department don’t sign the approval of the home until everything is actually repaired they lack initiative. But overall we are pleased with the home.

We love our home. Our concerns along the way were not always received how we would have liked from the sales agent. We caught errors in the building process, that created delays. We were surprised by the lack of upgrades at this price point.

I'm disappointed with Pulte. Very slow response

The sales staff were wonderful and extremely helpful Our site manage who did a system walkthrough was very helpful as well (Wayne) I only have a few issues. The entire house has soft close drawers, except for some reason in the primary bathroom. The cabinet doors are soft close but the drawers are not. The other issue I have is measurements. The rafter joists are inconsistently spaced (at least in the garage so I couldn't hang storage bins, poor craftsmanship there.) Those things aside, we love the house and the neighborhood.

Good finishing home but grading was not done so great

If you are getting an offer and would like to take a day or two to get back, get a written confirmation on the offer lock to get it, else you might loose thousands of dollars overnight like I did.

I did not purchase from the beginning, therefore my home was already designed and in the building process before I began. Overall the floorplan and location were great, the initial contacts for purchase were amazing. Construction and Financing individuals made the appropriate statements as questions were asked to help along the process. Financing became tedious the closer we got to closing and ended up pushing back my closing date, which in conversations with neighbors, seemed to be a pattern. Construction made many comments to reach out with any questions, only to push those questions off once things were official. Warranty response has been very good to get things fixed in a timely manner once things were discovered. The housing market is in a crazy space at the moment and prices are not in the buyer's favor, so to have any concerns with the amount of money being spent is frustrating. Pulte has come through in the end thus far in my experience. These surveys are pushed out quickly, and it makes me leery as to utilize my perspective with such a short amount of time in the property but I am hopeful that things will continue on the positive path with my Pulte experience! ... Garage terminations unsatisfactory. HOA process unpredictable at the moment.

overall process is streamlined right from initial discussions to handover of house was streamlined and every resource have worked have been pretty responsive to any queries and issues - so thats great. on the downside - i would really want them to make an effort to up their build quality for sure.

We love our house. We have had good and bad experiences during the process. It seems to involve inconsistent approaches by employees.

The process was ok. Some deceptive initial sales tactics. Adding in random lot prices that fluctuate. Not adding radon remediation when it’s obvious that the ground had potential radon - being an old farm. Our construction mgr Dan was great. Honest. Trustworthy. At closing we had several issues which are still not remedied two mos later. One was our backyard not draining properly- yet our neighbors had an entire work crew adding dirt and seed the same day they moved in. I have asked for an update and heard nothing. And now it is too late for grass to grow.
