Jennifer was amazing to work with. Always communicative and responsive. She truly goes above and beyond. You can tell that she cares about each of her clients and their families on a personal level and is committed to making sure that they are completely satisfied.

Pulte has great people, from sales, to construction and customer care. They are friendly, helpful and responsive. I appreciate the their effort to make the entire process as smooth as possible. However, the build quality isn't as good as I expected. I've had issues with the oven, the dishwasher, the AC, the plumbing since I moved in. My AC has broken down twice and I had to live without AC for entire two day. Now I'm still waiting the AC company to come back to check what exactly went wrong... This has been hands down the worst experience we could have never expected, as Pulte has such a great reputation in other areas. well, not in Florida, my friends. We have since learned that they don't actually have to hire qualified subcontractors. In our case, our construction manager, Tyler, was also a rookie and from the final condition of our home when we moved in, it appears the tradesmen could tell and they got away with cutting a lot of corners. Many promises were made at closing regarding things that would be repaired and redone and replaced...that was the end of March 2024. We are now in August 2024 and nothing has happened, apart from addtional things going wrong, including a leak in our kitchen and downstairs bedroom due to the HVAC system being improperly installed, as well a leak in one of our three toilettes. We have meet Lisa, the manager of Pulte's NorthEast Customer Care dept. She has been very reassuring that we will get to the bottom of all of this but it may take a while. The truth is, Tyler was the Construction Manager for all the homes in this development so everyone is in a similar situation. Plus, it's the same unqualified subcontractors doing the repairs. A bathtub repair that was done in May has resulted in the bathtub needing to be replaced, for example. We don't know if we'll ever find the light at the end of this tunnel, but we can confidently recommend to anyone considering building a home with Pulte in FL - find a more honest builder, ask questions about how they find their subcontractors (making sure they require licenses for the trade/craft being done) and NEVER close until you are 100% satisfied with your new home AS IS. ... couple of issues with land scaping/grading behind the house working with customer care support to resolve the issue. Rain water not flowing properly into drain. Issue details shared with Pulte team and waiting for the solution.

Overall buying process, House were good and fully satisfied. However, professional workmanship was missing (I am not that demanding person). Painting, Wood work finishing, Concrete finishing were too much rough. Home appliance installation was amatuer ability. I already made a lot of service request ticket in a month. Some cabinet parts are still missing although construction manager promised to set up asap when I closed document. Fortunately, Ms.Nicole in customer care center was really helpful to solve all the issues.

We went through multiple construction managers in our time building our home and it seems to really make a difference in the quality. One manager was more than happy to make sure the home was to our liking while the other provided resistance on almost every request we made. Things that you'd assume were standard.

Flooding problem that should have been addressed before closing

House is very good condition and most of the stuffs are working properly. minor issues with the workmanship. In the construction side still have to work on the street improvements as the facilities are not showing as a new neighborhood.

When buying a new build it’s important to see the home before you buy. The process of buying was fine. Knowing the details about the home are just as important.

I knew when I decided to sell my house in New York and have a new house built to move to Michigan, that there would be many disappointments along the way. I am happy to say that the Pulte construction manager Chadd was not one of them. Chadd exceeded my expectations. He was personable, communicative, knowledgeable, intelligent and organized. Chadd set deadlines and stuck to them. He was sympathetic to the realities that I was facing in coordinating two closings and a cross-country move, and worked to ensure that the new house was well-built and ready on schedule. Tyler, project manager, was very informative and responsive. I had a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Less than three weeks have passed since I moved into this property, and I already regret doing business with the Pulte Group. The grading work, which was supposed to facilitate drainage, could have been executed far more effectively. Simply lumping the soil at one end does not constitute proper grading. I am appalled by the level of customer service demonstrated by the Pulte Group. I have never encountered such poor customer care and I will ensure that none of my friends and social circle go through this frustrating and poor experience with Pulte that I am going through.

Couldn't believe contractor-grade materials used based my home price point. Hood vent partially installed; told it would be finished or removed after closing. Six weeks later, and multiple requests made to construction manager, no action has still been taken. Surprised at the misinformation given to me to use all of Pulte services. For example, their homeowners insurance quote emailed to me sounded good on the surface, but upon further examination, realized the quote was for only about 2/3s the value of the home being purchased. We purchased a Daylen overlooking the lake. It’s a great little house at a great little price. The build was incredibly fast - Feb to June - and everyone was caught by surprise. Finishes are nice, but corners were cut to get to the price point. No gutters, bathroom towel bars, missing kitchen cabinet, no screen on back slider. Should have been given the option to upgrade. But all good. Follow up issues are dealt with very quickly and Stephen St. Armand is great.

We bought the house while still living in a different state. Pulte did a nice job of communicating with us and bridging the gap between us. We had a third-party inspection done and Pulte quickly addressed any issues we had. It was a very positive experience for us.

Pulte Homes should provide high-quality wood for the backyard fence, as the current wood used is very low and cheap in quality. Additionally, pre-plumbing requests should be addressed before construction begins, as it will be difficult to set up an outdoor kitchen later on. It is also important to include a cloth rack or shoe rack in the owner's suite closet during construction. Furthermore, there have been air cracks appearing in the bricks within one month after closing

Overall great experience from Ed, our sales rep (as well as July in Aurora who didn't get the sale but helped direct us to the right home and neighborhood), Jeremy, our construction manager, Allyson at the design center and others.. Everything was finished on time (actually a few days early to meet closing on our new home) and work was as expected.

We had a couple of items to be addressed, they were addressed in a very timely manner and with great effort, professionalism and care for our needs!

A serious builder that you can trust; has a good overall homebuying experience, good quality of workmanship & materials, and value for the price paid; good responsiveness to issues.

I can go on and on about the horrible experience from the process of applying to the quality of the home. Worst builder ever. I honestly should have bought a highland home.

We had a great experience with our sales rep Mandi. She is phenomenal! We also really liked and trusted our construction manager. However, there were a bunch of items right before we closed that still are not completed after 6 weeks of being in the home. It's quite frustrating that everything has to be handled via email when the construction manager or customer service rep could easily stop by our home and help address the concerns.

There is a long list of issues, including faulty Procom Ethernet cables, large divots in the lawn that make it unsafe for play, water leakage in the basement and sunroom, and missing items from documented change orders, among other concerns.

We have built seven homes in seven states therefore I feel Qualified to comment. You should know Pulte design centers do not offer the same options in all parts of the country and some of the options may seem a little pricey but if you go in with a budget and an open mind Allyson will meet expectations. We used and would recommend Pulte title services and Judy who will keep you informed every step of the way. All builders have minor issues. Pulte service and follow up addresses issues in a seamless process and my requests have been handled to my satisfaction by Dawn and Kayla. Pulte is unique among builders in that as part of the warranty they will perform an 11 month follow up from move in to insure complete satisfaction. Based on previous building experiences, I must give the Pulte Cleveland Region very high marks due to the quality of building materials and dedicated employees who seek to meet or exceed my expectations. ...
