We have been pleased with our Plute home love the layout of the home and all the extra room for serving and storage. All the staff has been very friendly and helpful. Megan made sure we had all the information we needed and also went over and above with extra items we needed in our new home. When we had an issue with our garage door the repair man came and made it right again. Tim in sales has always been there to answer questions and lead us in the right direction for our need. Matt was also helpful in showing the home and answering my many questions. He also has gone out of his way to assure that I am happy with my home purchase. I always have questions, and he never responds like I'm bothering him.

I had a great experience with Pulte Homes! From the sale with Madison to the final finishes with Nick..they were extremely responsive and helpful, especially with being an out of state during the build.

The despicable, shameless misrepresentation regarding the rooftop view, among many other issues, ensures that I will sell this town house as soon as possible and let all my family and friends know how terrible this experience was for me.

Cheap sub contractors and not paid attention to small details. Have a 16 open tickets regarding all the issues.

Lanai floor easily got flooded during heavy rain, I asked to elevate the flooring to avoid the flood but didn’t granted it. Paint spill all over the floor and wall and few scratches on the floor. Floor tiles sealant easily got removed and cracked. Bad cut tiles at the shower room. Glass Sliding door not fit, some door not fit as well. Malfunctioning appliance and broken faucet and asked for assistance but until now no fixing it.

Process went well, easy to work with. Pulte mortgage is no where near the most competitive but they will counter with competitors offers, so be sure to shop around. Design center options are limited but home is very nice. No issues

Overall we are satisfied with our home but after living in it for a couple of months, we noticed some flaws with the finishes. Specifically, the paint on the doors and trim was not done completely and there are several nailheads sticking up that were just painted over when they should have been nailset and filled before painting. We have pointed this out to Pulte Customer Care representative Amy. So far they have not sent subs in to correct this. Also, there was a hail storm that happened before we closed that damaged our neighbor’s roofs . We asked Pulte to come out and inspect our roof to see if we also sustained any damage but so far no one has come by to do the inspection. ... More

The location for Veranda Gardens is amazing. Very close to Palm City, and located in a more secluded area of Port Saint Lucie. For the price, the home values are great. Overall, was satisfied with the end product and the model that we went with.

Timely, efficient build went without any problems. Would recommend Pulte

Can't say enough about Brian and the front office. Open door policy. For the most part my house is my dream house! Neighbors are are welcoming and friendly. A few problems but I have confidence it will be resolved.

Great place, well thought design

Had a great experience with the sales, mortgage, loan process and the different phases. Would like the same experience and timely manner after you close and find issues that need to be corrected. The first issue was resolved quickly but after that it takes weeks for resolution. Still waiting on one to get fixed. I would recommend Pulte to other folks because of pluses I mentioned above.

No sense of urgency to resolve issues raised. Closing was delayed as a result. Walk through items never followed up on. When walking with the CM to close items, majority of items not compete and evident the CM was not following up to ensure complete. Pulte sales agent did not honor items in contract and threatened to go to litigation over a small issue. Rather than honoring purchase agreement, a credit was provided and I had to perform work after closing.

Bad experience, bad customer service, way overpriced, stay away and be aware!…

During and after the completion of our home Chuck the foreman kept in touch and took care of all our concerns, which were few. This was our 9th home purchase and by far was the best experience.

Pulte stands by the timeline.

Overall, my experience has been a positive one. I have had some minor issues since moving in that were addressed very quickly. However, I texted the construction manager 2 weeks ago with a question and have not heard from him as of yet. Not sure if he is on vacation or what. The workmanship is overall very good, however, I would have liked a better quality paint on the walls. It seems like I get a smudge on the wall just by looking at it.

Everyone was great in the experience EXCEPT Carlos! Other than that Pulte should include a KitchenAid standing mixer if customers purchase the KitchenAid package. These surveys have no validity. They dont measure what is intended to be measured.

Over all it was a pretty good experience! I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they got my house done and Brian was great throughout the whole process!

Our entire experience with buying a Pulte home was smooth. From the initial visit, to the financing, to the closing, and to the final walk through was very efficient! Thank you!

Overall the experience was extremely positive especially for first time homebuyers. The only complaint I had was the deadline process for inspections holding up the build. The initial projected date for close ended up being 5 months late due to forms needed by the city holding up stages of the build, however during that time the sales and construction teams kept in direct communication and made sure we knew what was happening at all points. Our construction manager Ray was an amazing communicator, and took the time to make sure we were happy with every single addition to the house. Couldn't have asked for a better team. ... More

The entire team was great to work with and Claire was especially helpful throughout the sales/design process. The overall quality of the finished house definitely exceeded our expectations thanks to Steve's desire the build a top quality home. Everyone at Pulte was great to work with including Finance, Design Center, and Mortgage Dept and thanks Jevon and Elizabeth for answering all my questions.

From Jordan’s attentive service to the walk thru to closing, it was a professional seamless process.
