I don't have much to complain about the house. Overall a good deal for the price. Wish there are more options to add or modify during construction. But there's a feeling that something small is always missing or needed fixing. The finishing touches aren't great.

I believe the overall quality of the home that I have bought is not great compared to the town home built by Pulte that I moved from. I am extremely disappointed particularly with the way the rain water drainage system has been designed and implemented in my home and in the community. It is clearly a cost cutting measure and it is certainly the worst that I have seen in any property I have lived so far.

Over all a good experience so far just moved in a few weeks ago. Would like to know when Amenities area will be completed.

I have good experience working with Sales consultant, her name is "Kristen Fatt" and the Construction manager "Logan Coffey-Lumpkin", appreciate their work in building my home and its been 1 month I moved to dream home still I see the concerns like water leak from the windows and the issue has been escalated to Pulte customer service rep - Chase and I know he is looking in getting it resolved and I would request Pulte to take care of the issues getting them resolved. other observations in my home are like there is a skin/chip layer on the Vinyl floor panel is broken and Pulte is not responsible to have it fixed, also door knobs with locking is not put in the other 2 bedroom doors, along on the carpet I feel sharp nails are hurting while walking on the steps and in the living area, I have a small kid who is crawling and worried the safety of my kid because of it. ... Good service and design but the quality of workmanship is not very satisfying. Many times I want to repaint. Not sure about the materials but it has strong smells after one month

Overall the build quality is just ok. For the price point of this property, the expectation was much higher on fit and finish. We do have a warranty claim in to fix all issues but disappointed with how the home was delivered to us. Also the parking is and will continue to be a real problem.

Frankly, I had expected a higher quality of workmanship and quality of details. The washer and dryer were contractor quality and not large enough to was a set of king sheets. This is only one example. Secondly, I am waiting for an item to be installed that I had contracted for which was included in the sale price. I love thé floor plan and the amount of light. The staff is very helpful. I cannot speak more highly about the management company and how quickly they respond to residents.

From initial design & build thru completion/move-in was great… Issue resolution with “post-move in items” not so good…most work orders 2-4wks old and counting

So far so good, but be sure to thoroughly walk through the home before and after closing. This is a second home for us and we're only in Florida once every few months, so we were a bit rushed during the pre-closing walk-thru and didn't have much time to have a second look post closing. We'll take 90% of the responsibility for that, but we did continue to find things during our subsequent flights down, such as chipped tiles, shelving not aligned in the island, peeling of cabinets in areas tough to notice at first. To date, we've scheduled appointments and have had no issues with the builder repairing the problems, but keep in mind that they use dozens of subs, so one person may fix the tile but then you need to wait for the grout guy to come back weeks later to complete the repair. Yes, they get THAT specific with subcontractors and their roles. All in all though, we do love the place, the atmosphere, and the culture of the community. Design of heating, cooling and plumbing on a concrete slab needs improvement.

Everything was done good. The only reason why it wasn’t great was because of the time delay of the construction, ww had to wait a whole year for the project to be finished.

All things considered - just have been a month in The house. So far without any big issue. Most of issues are cosmetic due to sloppy/job in a hurry work. Pulte employees are polite, mean well, but unfortunately at times unhelpful. Overpromise and underdeliver. Quality of materials seem good. Problem is sloppy work due to how fast they build and little attention to detail. Or quick fixes that don’t solve the problem. Overall good materials, good houses, little attention to detail.

The closing went smooth. There was things still needed to be done in the house after closing. I will say the project manager was good at keeping us informed on the process.

House met our expectations except for baseboard work (corner transition work was poor) and painting (splatter/overspray on wood floors

Check over everything closely. The contractors do average work and will try and hide their mistakes.

I loved the walk through of the model home we chose. Pulte tried their best to answer all my questions and payment options based on our income. I moved in and there are still many fixes needed. It is taking longer then necessary for anyone to finish.

In the end, forced for taking the closing on the same day when city inspection happened. Even the sales team put a fine; not sure why. Minor issues were not resolved despite my reminders. Pulte should improve the process for Closing day after the home completion. Third party home inspector was not given an exact home completion day; he came thrice. Pulte internal Quality process - BTQ- not sure when they did after completion.

They were able to finish the home ahead of time and surprised us.

All in all this experience I was looking forward to share from start to finish with my family. It was great and although very stressful at times I do have to say that this is a quality home. However my finally walk through we outlined a few things of which never got closure too yet and hope that they do. For instance the cabinets, contractor tried to fix a door hinge with a sliver of wood and it is causing more damage, same contractor and fridge still doesn’t fit due to adjacent wall not plumb, I advised no more bandaids. No shower curtain rod for one bathroom. Fridge cabinet area off cannot fit fridge in. Bathroom area missing shower curtain Rod in one Kitchen cabinet hinge that was loose never fixed and has now come off, we cannot open in the event that it will cause further harm. Light switch in owners closet was marked for repair, have to press it hard for it to turn on. Bathroom door closer to road is still not closing right as it is rubbing Halo paint in bedrooms The outside wave trim in one long section is different than the entire home. As you can see, many items and we get that our construction mgr is busy. ... More

Overall the experience was good. The end and closing was not ideal. We have several outstanding issues that still need addressed. The craftmanship of work is just ok. Mostly minor things, but when you build a brand new home, you should expect perfection. Most things are being made right, but to have this happen at the end, it less than ideal. We do love our home and are getting settled in, we just wish these things were attended to better.

Our sales associate Nicole was great! Steve the construction manager was great as well. The overall construction and materials used were great, i was impressed with all of the extra steps taken to build a great house. We were delayed 3 times on our closing which was frustrating and the the end result is good but not great. All cosmetic issues really just the finished product for trim and tile specifically seemed rushed through and it did not get a good clean up by the trades. We have been in almost 2 months now and our issues from day one still haven’t been address our point of contact was Megean and other than her introductory email she has not responded to our issues or work orders. We just reached out to Jenna last week and she had appointments scheduled to fix our issues that same day. She has been great and I feel like our issues are finally going to get fixed. This is our 2nd Pulte build, our first one was a much smoother process for sure but overall we love the house and would build with Pulte again. ... More

we moved in in dec22 and we were very excited to move into our first new home. after some back and forth with the site manager john/lori they said they couldn’t finish our house prior to closing. thus we had an agreement that all pending work would be completed after we came back from our vacation prior to christmas. needless to say it is now feb and we still have things that need repair / replacing. it seems the builder team was spread too thin at the end of the year and we were at the losing end of it. i am currently working with the site manager at hidden oaks to fix our issues but we are not pleased with the results. also our neighbor had a sewer clog and backup into his 1st floor. shoddy work most likely because they had to rush during the holiday season. it’s too bad because we heard pulte was a good company but now we have some regrets. i’m trying hard not to be angry in this post but i feel we have been more than patient with the builder team. we have photos to prove the work was incomplete. be careful. ... Expected better workmanship from Pulte.

My experience with buying the home was great. I am disappointed in the fact that I was told that everything on the punch list would be resolved before closing. It was not. After closing was told to go through the home warranty. During the move process, found more structural issues...part of the floor in the upstairs bedroom is missing but was carpeted over to conceal, snow blowing in through the walls. Overall, I'm very happy with the home.
