Warranty work is addressed quickly

Overall, we had a great experience working with our sales rep and construction team. The only downside was that since we purchased our home before the model home was built or any specs, you don't always know what you are getting. The master bedroom, master bath and closet are smaller than it should be!

We moved in over two months ago and are still waiting on things to be fixed that were on the celebration walkthrough list. We have to continue to follow up

We had a good experience with the construction manager, Joe, and are overall very happy with our home. There were certain details that were missed (e.g. lots of wood shavings and sharp nails sticking out inside kitchen cabinets, drywall wasn't repaired in the garage as promised) and hearing back from the warranty team has been a challenge. They have many projects they're trying to catch up with but we wish they'd prioritize a bit differently.

Craig was a super responsive and helpful builder. Through the process he was very respectful and was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure or questions were answered. Even after closing he has helped us with a handful of questions we have had since becoming home owners.

Home was built with reasonable quality that one would expect from a national builder. Pulte has been very responsive addressing minor issues. Tim, the construction supervisor was very helpful during the build process.

There are so mony great things I can say about the whole process of building and closing on my new home, but I have to say that I have had issues with it being cold in my lower level that are still not resolved after having been in my corner unit for over 7 weeks. Folks - I really dislike leaving bad feedback but, when I say my lower level is cold, I mean it was 45 degrees on that floor with ice coming out of the wall socket, all around the windows and even on my wall. When I would hold a candle up to the socket and window, it would blow out. I have had a really difficult time getting someone out to help and have done everything I can to mitigate the cold myself, but it hasn't really helped. After talking to several people and making multiple phone calls, someone came out about two weeks ago to do an infrared scan of the area. What they found was significant cold coming from the socket and the window on the side of my corner unit. The gentleman said that someone forgot to put insulation around the socket. He ended up filling it with expandable insulation but said he couldn't do anything about the windows. The IR scan, he said, would be sent off to another team and they would call me in about 1-2 business days. A week later, I heard nothing. I started making phone calls again to try and figure out who was supposed to take care of the issue. I was able to contact someone who said that the socket guy did not let anyone know that the windows needed to be fixed and I would get a call from that team in 1-2 business days. Again, another week later, I heard nothing. I called and left a message saying that I never received a call, my lower level is UNLIVEABLE and living like this is unacceptable (it HAS warmed up to 55 degrees though)! I did receive a call back today and was told someone will be coming to look at it tomorrow. I am HOPING this will resolve it, but based on how it has been going, I'm not very confident. ... More

Rushed into closing when construction manager was not even aware. Very disappointing.

We were ecstatic to close and move into our new home! The salesperson Dave I. was amazing. Everything seemed good, until we noticed a crack in one of the living room windows, then sockets in the basement weren’t working within the first 2 weeks. Warranty came out to review the issues, and will get back to us soon. The most disappointing event that has occurred, is the furnace/humidifier is already leaking, and a hot water pipe from the dishwasher has caused water to leak onto our treadmills in the basement. This is less than 2 months after closing. Building materials are nice, but based on our experience so far, attention to detail in workmanship has clearly been sacrificed for the sake of speed. ... The home turned out pretty good. There are still issues that I am waiting for a response from Pulte to take care of.

The house was good overall. Hardware are not that great since they are install by third party. Door handles are super loose, cabinet paint has some flaws where part of the cabinet didn't have paint. Also kitchen island was installed out of line where it is not perpendicular with the house or the tile. Some of the soft close function feel off when some door has good resistance to closing force when other doesn't have any.

Master bedroom glass shower door came off the hinges,took 2 weeks to fix. Some doors in the house was not sanded and painted properly.

Antoine was superb in responding all out queries. The only cons with the process was the walk around in the house during the handover. Nevertheless, the total experience with pulte was great.

Not the best. Could have been better.

The house, the layout, and the option were tremendous and well thought out. However we were promised certain items to be finished and installed but almost 2 months after we are still waiting for those items. Additionally, during the build process, the communication was very good but after the signing it went to nearly non existent where I have to make office visits to find out any information.

The construction manager was available and responded quickly but the overall project was drawn out over 10 months. They left the house filthy, especially the floors. Expect to mop them several times to get the dry wall dust off.

Overall the house is gorgeous, very nicely designed, spacious, and modern. And most of the work is done quite well, such as electrical and cabinets. But others, especially painters, are terrible. They actually made other trades' work worse. The painters painted over all electrical outlet and switch covers, sprinkler heads, etc. Really terrible paint job, so just be prepared for that.

We are still trying to get area in garage painted plus a defective kitchen cabinet replaced and the backyard approved by the HOA. We had to buy a lot of items that were not included in the price of the house like a refrigerator and a washer and dryer also.

Bying a home with Pulte is fine however avoid using Pulte mortgage at all costs! Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare!

Despite some early headaches in the build process, we are ultimately happy with our new home.

The experience as a whole seemed fine up until the end. My wife and I felt the closing process was rushed. There were many items that weren’t resolved at closing and the warranty department has not been very responsive. We were told over and over that we wouldn’t be forgotten about but that’s not the way things have played out. Our construction manager was great but unfortunately, he wasn’t the one performing the work on our home. The quality of the workmanship isn’t to the level that we expected it to be. It’s very clear the contractors did not pay close attention to the details. Lots of uneven walls and wavy corners. I was not happy with the fact that Pulte used drywall clips. We found several instances where things were covered up by the contractors. Examples: crack in window track which caused water damage to the drywall, broken kitchen cabinet installed underneath quartz countertop that can’t be replaced or repaired. Overall, many things were done right and we are happy to feel at home. Our main two issues were: sloppy workmanship and negligent warranty department. ... More

Good overall experience. The sales representative and the building project manager were very responsive and informative throughout the process

Home is beautiful but the quality and workmanship is low. If they would take the time to actually take pride in their work and not rush. Warranty issues wouldn't be needed so much. Supervisors should be looking for work errors and actually care.
