Our experience was very smooth. Our requests were met and the house was delivered as we had requested in advance, given our dates. Therefore, I only have gratitude to express.

Starting off our experience, Nick was amazing! He’s responsive, understanding, and went above and beyond the whole way. I also can’t say enough good things about Matt, our construction manager. He made sure everything was perfect and explained everything and was extremely helpful. The closing process was also very smooth and probably the quickest I have ever experienced. I have had other new builds from both Lennar and DR Horton, and I can honestly say that Pulte quality far surpasses others. All in all, we’re very happy! Thank you!!!

This is our 2nd Pulte Home. The staff at Pulte were "all" wonderful - sales (Julie, Lucero), construction (Elijah, Raul), mortgage (Jamela, Amber), title (Sandra) and post-closing follow-up (Hope, Manuel). They all provided clear thorough explanations, timely and responsive follow-up addressing questions, concerns. There were no surprises. We really appreciate their professional thorough work ethic.

I’ve been in the home for almost two months and each day I find more and more examples of poor workmanship or lack of attention to detail. So far, work requests covered by warranty are being addressed quickly

Some of the structure is making too much noice. The whole master bedroom door shakes and makes noise when any door is opened an closed. Also, the backyard fence has too many gaps and the neighbors tv and other stuff is visible at night. Please fix these things.

Beginning with our QA walk and continuing today Brandon has been a fantastic face for the company. He is professional, responsive and focused on buyer satisfaction. Awesome service after the sale.

Was a good buying experience

The overall process was great! Chyelle was amazing and kept in touch all throughout the process. My only complaint is that the "construction clean" needed to be better. The windows were dirty and the floors could've used a good scrub from all the people that walked through the unit while it was for sale.

It's difficult to find quality new builds within Santa Clara County these days. Pulte has done a nice job in securing a location in the middle of a desirable residential area. They have maximized space by building three level units and provide energy and water efficiencies we left behind in our last SFH in the area. The other nice thing is the garages are large enough for two cars to fit comfortably. These Pulte homes fit our empty nesters lifestyle and would also fit families with a newborn. We've had Pulte come back and address some quality issues like a crack in the shower pan, misc paint, texture, and caulking details and trouble with one of the Lennox AC units. I was taken back with all the things needed to get repaired or modified after closing . The good news is ALL of my concerns and issues got resolved the same day. So no complaints. I will recommend folks to your platform because my assigned Foreman did address and he immediately resolved my demands / issues. Lol, I know I got on his last nerves; but at the end of the day. He and his team took great care of me.

From the very beginning Cole was able to help secure the selections I was wanting and worked at getting other requests taken care of. During the build process Mike was phenomenal at communicating what was being done and addressed any concerns I had the through the entire build process. After move-in Haley took the reins and guided me through the warranty process to make sure all the little things that weren't "just right" we fixed and that I was satisfied with the outcome.

Nathan was great; very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process

We are so happy with our new build in Maple Ridge. The layout, the insulation so we really hear almost nothing outdoors, the location, and the open feel are all wonderful. The construction manager and customer service team have made sure that issues are resolved quickly. We are truly happy all around!

Staff at site has been wonderful to work with.

We truly hope that Pulte will continue to receive funding and support in hopes of other projects occur, because so many of friends are hoping and praying that they too can become homeowners

Had a great home buying and home building experience with Pulte in Cattail Run. Our sales consultant Debbie and our construction manager Christian helped and guided us through every step. Their knowledge, support, responsiveness and communication were all first rate! They made what can be a very complicated and stressful time much easier and enjoyable.

The entire process was excellent. We did not use a real state and were able to buy a new home without any issue in a couple of months. The quality of materials, design, and appliances satisfy all our expectations. We are really happy living in our new home and neighborhood.

He was a true professional. He kept us updated, in layman terms, throughout the entire process. Always available for matters pertaining to Pulte and provided great references for those items that did not directly involve Pulte. No question went unanswered. We hope that when we purchase our next investment property in 2 years, we have the opportunity to work with Jeff again. Can't say enough about him as a Pulte representative and as a human being.

Shawn, the building supervisor on property here has been wonderful!

Great sales and construction team. Settlement team not very responsive to questions from my title company. Also they insisted we go to Trevose while others settled remotely.
