For instance, my builder gave me all the serial numbers on all the appliances making signing up with each vendor's warranty easier to enroll. Because of my buying experience, the quality of the home and the location of Gregg Ranch to Marble Falls and Austin, I now know 6 friends building a home in Gregg Ranch.
