We purchased our home virtually using Facetime. Once the purchase was completed we had scheduled calls, bi-weekly photo updates and lots of emails. We were a bit nervous not being there in person, turned out to be an amazing experience. We love our new home.

I have had seven homes built since 1976. During the past 9 months, I had constant communication with the realtor and the contractor Jake. I was called every week to get an update on the progress of the house. I was given clear communication regarding the closing, the closing costs and the two walked throughs that occurred prior to the closing to evaluate work needing to be done. I have especially been pleased with the warranty program. Once the house was completed, I just submitted an email with photos and Josh is at my house making sure things get taken care of. Top to bottom I had the best experience working with Pulte. From selecting the lot, to each state of the build, and then the final walkthrough and closing was simple and they made sure ally concerns were looked at and addressed before we got the keys.

Builder was about to share periodic updates on a weekly basis during the entire construction phase and able to address all the questions promptly and made the experience very comfortable

Pulte was a great builder for us! They were responsive if we had questions, our home is an incredible quality, and the representatives were so personable and helpful! The layouts and floorplans of Pulte homes make sense and are an efficient use of space, and they pay a great attention to detail! We love our home!

This was our first time building a home. We were reluctant to build new as my parents built their home and shared their negative experience with us from the builder's inability to remain on schedule to dealing with issues with the county building inspector. But we had an excellent experience with Pulte! Our reps, Tawana and Keith, were very knowledgeable, patient and communicated with us through the entire process!! The entire process was so seamless it was incredible. Pulte's financing was able to get us a better rate than I was offered from my employer! Pulte even offered us a very competitive rate on the hazard insurance. Every step just seemed to flow perfectly! Tawana handled any concern that we had and Keith providing us with actual home construction details simply added value to our experience. Pulte took an event that could have been overwhelming and stressful and made us feel more comfortable than buying an existing home. Hunter’s Run is a great place to live. Pulte Homes works with the entirety of the Pulte Group organization to bring a great experience to those wishing to live there. My wife and I love our home, and know Pulte is still here for us to help us navigate our new home.

Very helpful, honest, and all around great people seem to work for Pulte. Our sales person Carlos was in constant communication and was on top of even the smallest request, our field manager Dean is still very helpful and happy to chat when we see him around the neighborhood. These guys definitely seem to know their stuff and won’t hesitate to answer a seemingly dumb question or even lend a hand trying to bring an oversized package into the house/garage.
