Great experience from start to finish

Overall, I was happy with service as they were professional and efficient. However, the tile installation was poor, with uneven tiles and high lippage. This issue spoiled an otherwise good experience.

Great follow up from the team here. Questions were answered very quickly and concerns were addressed upon request.

It was a great experience buying home from Pulte community. Coordination, timely communication from engineers, service follow-ups, loan buying options and home closing etc over all it was flawless experience.

The day we moved in, realized the Gas leaking, water not softening , nails all over pavement and flattened our car tires twice, tripping the circuit breaker and many more.

I have purchased several new-construction homes over the last 40 years and this Pulte home was by far the most pleasurable experience of them all. Working with my agent Jessica, we moved back to Southern California from Carmel, CA and selected Menifee and the Pulte Cimarron Ridge community after reviewing several others in the area. Working with our Pulte sales rep Steve was super easy and I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable and responsive contact. We got the exact home, in design and location that we had hoped for. Also Nino, our construction manager, was really great as he took care to deliver our new home as if it was his own, correcting little things that we hadn’t even noticed. Closing was a breeze. Even after we moved in our Customer Service Rep, Nathan has been super responsive to my questions and requests. Just a great buying experience! Pulte delivered a great product right on schedule and was great about communicating and setting expectations. Felt deceived about pulte mortgage and despite bringing this up by email to pulte and in a pulte mortgage survey, have yet to hear back. does anyone read these things? One lingering warranty issue is the hdpe running to att's pull box. a segment was severed during construction resulting in att direct burying my fiber. pulte warranty hasnt engaged me on getting this fixed despite submitting a request. all else has been good.

It was good experience buying a home from Pulte, there were a few delays but it all worked out in the end.

I've had several fixed or to be fixed issues with the home thus far. High speed in bathroom fan did not work, honeycomb leak in basement, sump drain had to have rocks removed from it, Master bathroom sink drain does not close, stripped screw on outside garage door handle, water running off side of roof and has not been looked at for almost 4 weeks, poor paint/patch job on outside garage door, crack on outside shower trim. Some of these I've not put tickets in for yet as I can only be around so often

Love the house but, it needs blinds. The Pulte house next to us is unsold and it has blinds. How come our house didn’t come with blinds?

Our experience with all Pulte employees has been great. The salesperson, the interior designer, the construction manager, and the warranty service coordinator have provided excellent service. They were friendly, responsive and effective.

We are happy with our new home and community.

Quality has always been my main concern owning a property. There has been uneven patch up padding on the carpet, bathrooms exhaust fans and air condition vents are loud. We were told that there is nothing that can be done “It is what it is.” I feel that it’s all about making a profit!!!

Housing development t was in a nice area with trees We were given a choice of colors and prices of different upgrades. Construction was done on time. Closing was easy . There were a few issues after closing that needed to be fixed . It seems there are some issues with certain areas like landscaping and irrigation . Hopefully they can be resolved quick.

We are super exited with our new home. Everything we expected and more. Love our new home and our community.

Poorly built. There are numerous issues with circuit breakers, concrete work is not done properly. Needs multiple follow-ups for every single issue. No confidence in the builder's inspection. Builder is more interested in getting good ratings than the quality. I have built houses with other builders like MI and Rockford. I would recommend them than Pulte.

I purchased a new build with a suite of Pulte associated companies / services (title, mortgage, etc) and the process was smooth. Build quality is good for the price though there are more restrictions on customizing than other builders (more expensive for those though), but I would highly recommend Pulte to support adding floor outlets in the study, since I would imagine that most people nowadays would have laptops or PCs in their study. Regardless, it has been a good and painless process.

Matt and the other guy were pretty good to deal with. They're great at getting problems fixed when noticed. They communicated really well during the closing process to let me know what is happening and what they fixed.

I'm very disappointed in the quality of workmanship in my NEW home. I feel that the house was thrown together and that nobody from Pulte was overseeing the build. The downstairs flooring has been an issue since before closing (8 weeks ago) and is still an issue today. I was told by Chad that once I put a rug and furniture in the room I would never notice it. There was paint left on the tile and carpet. The carpet in one room was cut and glued back together, but came apart, and the "fix" was to glue it back together again. Wish we went with a different builder. Loan company are scammers, don't fall for their incentive trick. The home has lots of shortcut issues that we needed to hire outside fixers to redo. Not worth the price

My home before closing, we went through inspection. Still, there were minor things to be fixed. We asked them to finish and postpone thr closing date, but they didn't allow it. Okay fine, but still some of them remain unfixed.

Everyone at Pulte was helpful and knowledgeable. They walked us through all of the processes and were responsive to our questions and requests. It was refreshing to see the pride and enthusiasm that Pulte representatives take in their work and I continue to recommend this builder highly to friends in the market for a new home.
