Pulte is trustworthy and they do what they say.

Great place to live.

Pulte made my first home purchase so easy. They walked me through all the steps and were never pushy about making an offer.The product is great and I am so glad I made the purchase. Luis, is the nicest and easiest person to work with them looking for a home.

Sales personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. The Project Manager was responsive and worked with us during the construction. Items noted during the walk through were addressed in a timely fashion. We are planning to send a small list of items to the Maintenance Department. We believe they will be as concerned and responsive as our Sales person and Project Manager were during the early stages.

A few months into our new Pulte home I have been satisfied. I was worried before beginning the process and it took considerable research and effort to gain my comfort to move forward. Throughout the process, I was over the shoulder of our construction manager. He was helpful and responsive and I am trying to get my friends and certain family members into the Pulte neighborhood.

My experience was wonderful as a first time homebuyer. Tyler was excellent. Trenton was attentive. Great group.

It was great working with the Sales team and although it was tough to bargain and pay a fair price, the premium we paid did not give us something out of this world. The end to end Sales and Service experience was good but the loan experience was a little painful as there were last minute request, the staff's inability to understand complex foreign statement and transactions and all this leading to running back and forth with the title company on the very last day. We were very clear on the closing day but the due to the lag by the loan company we were delayed by 3 days. Ofcourse there is a area for lot of improvement but I do not want to sound too negative as my overall experience with the house has been great so far! ... More

I chose Martins Landing first for the location as it is close to route 93, Wilmington and route 28 which brings you to Reading. I am a single person so I chose The Copley. It is spacious because of the open concept, but the bedroom is also spacious, the bathroom is large and my den gives me enough room to accommodate someone with a sleep sofa which is what I chose. I love my unit and would recommend it to anyone.

For easy process just have documents ready when they ask for them , to speed up your purchase.

The homes are designed for the families of today. A lot of useful space but not too big. People love our community very quiet and clean.

I would check seals around the garage, windows, and sliding doors.

Overall experience with Pulte Homes are very pleasant and professional. Pulte's salesperson, construction manager, loan coordinator, closing team were very friendly to work with and prompt in responses.

Great home building process, field manager helped with any questions and kept us inform es throughout the building process

LOVED my salesperson, Carlton! He guided me and explained things each step of the way. Although the backyards here are small, it turns out that means there's less work to maintain them. The base price is builder-grade materials however you can upgrade to make it semi-custom. Glad to be in North Austin close to Round Rock and shopping while still enjoying a small-town feel.

In general our experience in purchasing a Pulte home was very good. We feel the price we paid, including incentives, was a good overall value. We develop a good working relationship with our field manager and felt he was very responsive to our questions and comments

Pay attention to the details and all will be fine.

We love our house! There were a few minor cosmetic issues but any issues we had were responded to quickly. Our construction manager Sean Crittenden was great and explained things every step of the way.
