We enjoyed picking the options for our house and the process of building it went very smoothly. I’ve heard it can be stressful but that wasn’t the case for us.

Definitely good value for the price... However, quality assurance (QA) of contractors' work need more oversight... Worth the money to hire home inspector before closing/moving in to spot the needed adjustments/work missed by QA/inspectors in order for the site manager to get rectified...

Everything good so far. Only slowness is with after closing Warranty time to attend issues

If you can get Tanner as your Field Manager, you will be well taken care of!!!

Had some construction issues as would be the case with all builders. Pulte has addressed them quickly and to our satisfaction.

Pulte morgage got me into my home fast, really fast. They are great but some small thing like laundry door doesn't close and my linen and coat closet doors stick. They said the will fix them though which bring it back up in my mind anyways

Various plan to choose, tons of customization options. friendly staff to answer all our questions. On Time delivery. Proud to be part of Pulte family.

Love the house and experience. Don our superintendent is wonderful, very responsive to our requests. My only concern is home value. Not sure that we could turn around and sell our our house for what we paid - almost like a new car.

So far we don’t have any big issues with the house. Only minor issues. The only thing bothers us is that the drywall material seems to be not the best quality, it’s super difficult to paint on our wall ( we bought the best quality SW paint), and some areas the wall is not super straight, or you can easily see studs. Except these few issues, we are super happy with the house, we like the floor plan, we like all the closet space, we like the people we work with (super responsive and helpful). I already recommended pulte to a few of my friends looking for new homes.

Over all we are very happy with the experience of building with Pulte. I would definitely do it again! We love our new home.

Pulte has been good about following up with issues and thankfully there were not many to begin with. In our experience they strive to go the extra mile and really try to help out. They are extremely busy as this is a popular development but appreciate what they have done for us. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the "Value for the price paid" is because these homes are more expensive than similar homes in the area, but........ We bought here anyway, as did many other folks.

We had a lot of reservations at the beginning of the process and were anxious about what issues would come up and how they would be dealt with. Overall, our experience with Pulte was very good to excellent. I was impressed at how fast the process went; our actual closing date was 4 weeks earlier than the beginning of the committed closing window. We also have had great response to minor issues which have come up at our 30 day review. We have been very happy with Pulte's commitment to our satisfaction. Our only real issue was that there was poor coordination between Pulte and our pool contractor which resulted in our pool excavation being delayed. ... More
