Could I have saved some money and had better materials if I purchased an older home and remodeled it? Yes. Did I want to live through that year long experience with 2 small kids? Absolutely not. You are overpaying for some of the convenience with any of the large builders and they need to make a profit with the materials - just know that going into the experience. Everyone at Pulte was responsive and great to work with during the entire process.

We appreciate the attention to detail and the overall good quality of the home. From the sales rep Barbara to the Contractor Steve the service provided was excellent! We would recommend Pulte Homes to others in the future. As time goes on we look forward to receiving excellent service throughout our home ownership.

Great Floor Plans with Quality Materials!

We moved into our new home and we absolutely love it.

We live 1,500 miles away from Tampa, so the majority of the building experience was remote/virtual. The Pulte staff were great- we received weekly updates with pictures from Daniel, our site manager, and we completed the closing by mail. Ten few issues we had were addressed in a very timely fashion.

We are very satisfied with out new home! We didn't know what to expect going into the build process, but working with Bobby and Blake was phenomenal. Their level of communication was incredible and they addressed any issue that came up. The housing market is wacko in this area...so it's hard to gauge the "value for the price paid" rating. We are very pleased with the product, though!

Our salesman, mortgage, home insurance agents and final walk-through rep were top notch. Everything was as promised for our new house although stressful. We were not involved in the building process since we purchased after the house was completed. However, after one month of living here, we are very happy with our new house. The yard is small and the houses are close together but we knew what we were buying and very glad that the majority of our new neighbors are very friendly! One disappointment... about a week or so ago, with some issues still up in the air with our original salesman regarding some billing issues, our salesman just stopped returning phone calls. The last house in the subdivision had been sold. The sales office disappeared. I am sure that they were told to move onto their next job However, I thought it very unprofessional to just cut communication even though a call back had been promised. Good sales support. Moderately good construction but minimal selection of cabinetry and other accessories. Design flaws in Salerno model such as location of powder room, no outlets in walk in closet, insufficient storage space in general, insufficient number of towel bars, cheaply made towel bars and rings, insufficient lighting in master bath, interior spaces painted flat white which is a cheap, inferior choice, limited appliance choices of inferior brands, low quality cabinets with no 21st century design choices like pot drawers throughout kitchen.

Pulte buils a very nice house and Anthem is a great community.

I would suggest having an additional walk thru after you move in to familiarize yourself with features of your house.

Read all of the material that you are provided and ask questions. Understand what changes can be made and what changes can not be made. Walk your property (lot) and be sure that it is a good fit for you. Enjoy your experience.
