Working with the onsite Pulte representatives was a tremendous help through the process. While Pulte is not a customized builder as we've had in the past, the onsite representatives were very responsive to our needs and accommodated us to the best of their ability. The communication was excellent throughout the process and our new home was delivered within the time frame they had given.

During our pre-drywall walk through our builder said, "This is a happy house." and it has continued to be. Sure there are a couple of things that still need to be addressed but I have never worked on a project that was perfect. We are very happy with the quality of the construction and the changes to the basic plan we selected. Our neighbors are complimentary and often wishing they had done the same. Now we are in the middle of adding our personal touches.

This is my 2nd Pulte home, regardless of any issues major or minor they always get taken care of.

Pulte is a great builder! Definitely recommend it if you are looking to buy a new house.

I was very pleased with the whole process altogether. The folks at Pulte that I worked are quite knowledgeable about what they are doing. Will recommend to anyone to use Pulte if considering building.

Not only they did their job professionally but they also are responsive and compassionate.

It was a very good decision to buy a Pulte home. They did an awesome work to support the whole process in a record time. I really trust on this company to handle every single step. My only complain is that by design, they decided on my property to install the air conditioner compressor on the 3th floor outdoor area instead of having it in the ground, outside of the house , so you can hear the maddening noise of the equipment all the time. Regardless of this, I'm very happy with Pulte.

Sales staff and project manager were great to work with. Love 99% of our new home. Some of the quality of work - particularly on the trimwork was less than what I would expect. Additionally, kitchen design leaves a lot to be desired. Cabinet doors open into walls and range hood and they do not provide enough support in the subfloor to keep the island area from vibrating. They have been great to work with on this issues thus far, but some may just be design flaws that need to be addressed.

There were 6 square feet of shingles missing, irrigation system leak, AC air leak in the attic, and wiring issues in the ceiling fan and pendant light prewires. So I can't help but wonder if there are hidden issues elsewhere in the house. I understand that building a house is a very involved operation, and requires a lot of different crews to coordinate together. So some problems are expected. But I can't give 5 stars to something with these types of problems. Otherwise, the house SEEMS to be well built. But hire a good home inspector to make sure everything is like it should be.

Team at Parmer crossing is a great team. I was really impressed bu the support they showed during whole process of delivering house. The house was delivered on the date confirmed. I am really impressed with team Lamonica, Josh and Shaun and Project Manager who started our home.. Great Thank you to all for making our first home.

Pulte built a beautiful home. We are overall happy with our purchase. There have been some issues in first month of move in, but so far pulte has tried to take care of issues in a timely manor. We looked at many homes and builders during our home finder process and overall pulte was the best quality for money with large lot size. Would recommend.

We recently closed on a new condo from Pulte, and overall, we are very very happy with our condo and the experience with Pulte, and can definitely recommend them as a builder to others! New construction always has issues here and there as the ground shifts and the structure settles and we've found Pulte's response to our "punch list" items to be prompt, efficient, and done in a high quality manner. The price we paid we considered fair at time of purchase, but our local market conditions have changed since then, so I can't write that our condo was a 'steal'. However, even though we live in a high-cost area where "value" is very very difficult to gauge, we are confident that Pulte will work with us to help protect the value of our condo and the others in our new development! ... Overall good experience

Managers are very friendly and cooperative.

Construction team and sales representatives are very friendly from the beginning and give you detailed update each week during house building. They are very responsive to your questions and concerns. Visiting a design center is also joy and an interior designer gives you a good advice and allows even a second visit so that you can be sure of your choices.

Top notch material

There were a few deficiencies in the home and the builder was quick to address these issues. The community is still under construction and as items present themselves they are quickly ratified without complaint. The attention to detail is much appreciated.

Pulte team members were very responsive and displayed commitment to the quality of their work and product.

We've only been in the house for 1 month but we absolutely love our home. Any issues we may have had before moving were addressed right away. Tom our Field Supervisor was the best, very attentive, and responsive always got back to us within the day!!!

Nothing is perfect. Yes, I had issues reported during walk through and after I moved to the new house. Everything is being take care by Pulte team and contractors. Joe my site manager seems to be more concern with issues than myself. His support has been amazing.

More than Satisfied

It shouldn’t take weeks for customer Warranty Service to get someone to fix a problem. That said all issues, were taken care of at the home.
