Building with Pulte, as first-time homebuyers, was a very easy process. They were very good about explaining every detail to us and constantly communicated with us to ensure our house was built on time. There were a few minor issues along the way with building the house, but they were all fixed within a reasonable time and our house was ready for us to close on the original date they gave us. It was such a good experience and I would definitely use Pulte Homes again!

Overall things were pretty good. The only real negative was the nickel and dime charges.

Just moved in 3 weeks ago, some issues came up but were addressed promptly. House looks more beautiful than envisioned.

Our overall experience with Pulte from lot selection to home construction was pleasant. Nice people with which to work who were always quick to answer our questions. Disappointed in lack of some options available however (brick border of front porch, upgraded exterior paint, more choices in interior colors). Field project manager was exceptionally helpful and concerned with our satisfaction at all stages of construction. My independent inspector help to identify small but important items to be corrected. Pulte did a great job in building my new house as the superintendent (Dominic) was very responsive to my questions and managed the construction to a very high quality as my separate 3rd party inspection did not result in any findings but insignificant cosmetic items.

We find minor blemishes in the new house we purchased. Which would be nice is to be able to report such conditions in a systematic way using a web application with a way to comprehend the estimated time of a fix. This would minimize customer anxiety of anticipation.

The Field manager we had was/is awesome. Field manager oversees construction from beginning to end. Inside the home every effort I feel was made to complete on time and with quality. There were things I thought could have been done better that I did not notice until after closing. Mainly outside. The landscaping was rushed and is done to a fair to good standard not to a high standard. Pulte builds good quality homes. I had to keep in mind there are luxury not custom homes.

Think the price for the home was good the extras I have always thought are too much for what u get.

The process of purchasing a Pulte Home was an awesome experience. The Pulte Team is amazing to interact with and extremely responsive. From the time we signed the contract to purchase to our closing, every person was extremely customer focused, responsive, and a joy to converse with throughout the closing process.

From the initial sales team to the closing team, everyone I worked with at Pulte was kind, patient, and helpful in addressing all of my questions and concerns. We now have a great house with peace of mind on its quality. For anyone considering a new build, I would highly recommend Pulte.

Pulte goes over everything very carefully from buying process to finished home.

The home materials used and workmanship are high quality, the Pulte team of people have been excellent to work with. Their support was crucial since our move was cross country and the team delivered! During the construction process there were virtually no major issues causing delay. The timing was accurate and home was well worth the value for the money.

Pulte homes has one of the best customer service. And it gives me peace of mind. Usually, after closing, you don’t hear from the builder anymore. But pulte homes have a 30 day window to check if there’s any other issues after closing.

I asked a lot of questions because I am a first time buyer. Pulte was very responsive and answered my questions no problem.

The quality of our new home is superior. Sales staff and construction manager worked in tandem to answer questions and manage periodic concerns about changes to structural designs that were introduced by the builder on short notice. Pre-drywall review was comprehensive and reassuring. Home completion was on schedule with ample advance notice for managing the sale of former home.

I value the excellence in customer service and satisfaction of Pulte Homes. They always went the extra mile to ensure my family was completely satisfied with our new home purchase and the finance team is amazing! ❤

Overall great service from the Pulte construction and Sales team. We have found a few minor issues with the build but Brian our construction manager was on top of it. So far we have had a great experience with our families first new home construction.

Overall from start to finish the purchase process was wonderful. The sales representative, The project manager, the design consultant, The mortgage representatives, the home insurance and the closing crew were all amazing. My only complaint would be the cost of the fees and mortgage rates.

Had a great experience end-to-end with Pulte homes. Traversed thru the process as a first time home buyer and got amazing support from Pulte that ensured everything went well without any major hitches. Very happy with the quality, experience and the end product.

Go over the floor plan layout with a fine tooth comb before you go to the design center. Sit with your sales rep to go over every single detail. Do not assume anything. The model may not exactly represent every feature of the home you are having built. .

Everyone from start with salesman to finish with after move in attention was terrific!!!
