We had an overall good experience purchasing our home with Pulte. Throughout the process, the availability of staff was amazing and they answered our many questions. We were pleased that Pulte provides/partners with multiple services such as mortgaging and insurance. It helped make the process smooth as all of those parties can then communicate with each other. They also offered very competitive pricing in our situation. Some feedback I would give to new home buyers, especially in new construction, would definitely be to know what you want in a home, and what options are available for homes. The base structure of the home is very simple, so adding on options is almost necessary. The realtor does not know every single possible option (since there are so many), so it is definitely helpful to know what you are looking for. They have a list of available options handy, but even then, there are some options available that you can see if they can accommodate. In some cases, at least for our situation, there were items that overlapped each other and I feel like there could have been instances where we paid for two separate things, but really having one of them, covered the other (this happened a lot in the smart home aspect). Also, after moving in, there are some things where I think "oh I should have got that." But it wasn't something that was mentioned as an option, so it was hard to know everything in the beginning. The process definitely moves very fast. The craftsmanship was very good. They definitely put up a lot of quality homes, so they know what they are doing. Obviously mistakes can happen, so its important to speak up as soon as you notice an issue. I would say that there are some items that still need fixing after closing, but once you close, I feel like the responsiveness and timeliness of getting these things done definitely slows down as they are already on to the next house. ... Our sales person Matt could not have treated us better. The Pulte process is well organized and home delivery came in the promised time period. We are very happy with our new home and the community we now live in.

Love our new home, everyone was very professional.

The toilets in particular, are too porous. They stain too easily. Otherwise, everything meets with our satisfaction.

I was treated well I did however send a request regarding an issue in my closet. A shelf is unfinished. I got no response.

We love our new Pulte home! It has luxuries that we never dreamed we could afford. The home is affordable and comfortable. The new neighborhood is also very nice and well planned. Our realtor has been very helpful.

We recently purchased a home from Pulte. We are very happy with the our home and the process as the home was being built. Pulte brings years of home building expertise and it shows throughout the home building process.

Despite a few minor setback, our overall experience with Pulte from day one was a positive one. Our saleslady was very knowledgeable, personable, & replied to emails & phone calls in a very timely fashion. The design center experience was a fun one as well. Our project manager was very communicative with us in every step of the build process. He also answered questions & responded to concerns we raised in a very timely fashion. Securing our financing through Pulte Mortgage was not difficult, but our loan officer, though very friendly, could have been more helpful. We weren't provided with many different loan products or scenarios to fit out budget. We had to do our own research of available loan structures & bring them to her attention. Fortunately, Pulte offered the same products that others did, we just didn't know about them up front. The overall construction of our house met our expectations. It was completed faster than we thought, which raised some concerns that certain things may have been rushed or overlooked. One example was the interior paint job. Most rooms in the house either had a very thin layer of paint or a lot of drywall overspray in spots. We paid for upgraded paint inside the house, & we don't feel we got our money's worth. There were a few other disappointing things as well, but nothing that was a deal breaker. For example, midway through the build process, they decided to change the vanity in the master bathroom to one that had fewer drawers & less functionality. We were not really given a decent explanation for this, & my wife was very upset about it (still is). Another example was the way they went about installing tubes inside of the walls to hide cables for wall-mounted TV's. It was not done how we were lead to believe. It ended up being an incredible headache. Aside from a few other negligible things, we are very satisfied with our new home. The buying experience went very smoothly. The sales group is very organized and responsive. Only concern is there is not a clear definition of what the developer, Kitson group, planned for common areas. This part of the process should be improved upon so Pulte sales group can be clearer in addressing the buyer concerns. I believe the fault lies with the developer not the pulte sales group.

Very nice home, a few bugs but there working on them.

This process went very smoothly for us. Any setbacks we experienced were weather related and the team worked hard to mitigate these issues. People always say building a home is such a stressful experience but for our family that was not the case. We enjoyed it and ate so glad to be in our new Home.
