Great shopping experience, it was not difficult to find a home design that really worked for us. Of course I would have picked every upgrade available, if we didn’t have a budget! Construction process was smooth - even though we are new to the experience (and have heard horror stories about other builders). All is great, and we made this house our home. Excellent experience.

Pulte Homes is a great company. I would definitely do business with Pulte again.

This was my first home to buy so expectations were somewhat fulfilled!!

we actually started off with J.T. as our site manager and we loved him ! then around the time of our drywall inspection we got switched over to Hector and we were hesitant just because this was not only our first "new build" but our very first home buying experience. however once we met Hector and talked to him for a bit we were relieved at how amazing he was. he made sure to always get back to us whenever we reached out and over all we just got the feeling that he really cared about everything that was going into our house. Hector is just awesome overall and i really hope every customer Pulte has gets the same experience that we got with Hector. The only reason we gave the 4star on quality of workmanship was we just feel some things (mostly paint) was rushed a bit. just had alot of splatter on like baseboards light switches etc. ... More

Great home buying experience.

Pulte is a good builder, During the development, Pulte provide three orientations: pre-construction, pre-drywell and pre-closing. It is helpful to know how the house is built by Pulte. After closing, the customer care manager is very nice and responsible. He makes every effort to help owners resolving the issues.

The build process went well. We were kept updated on progress. Our home is beautiful and we love all the features. The sales associate was really helpful in finding our lot. The design associate was very good at helping us decide on what options we wanted.

Everything was excellent except some minor issues with the carpet

Everything went great and according to plan. Our sales rep, field manager, mortgage group and title company were amazing. The only negative comment I have is the quality of work from the painter. It was disappointing seeing the finished product of work and quality that they did. I recently had to go and purchase more paint for both the outside and inside of the home to touch up his mistakes and where he forgot to paint.

Very responsive on issues after closing

We were very satisfied with our Pulte home experience. Expectations were established from the beginning so there were no surprises along the way. The weekly updates from the Pulte staff were ideal. Zachary and Nick were always pleasant, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. We are very happy with the quality of the home. Pulte's ability to stand behind its warranty is very important to us as well. We would recommend Pulte to anyone looking for a reputable production builder.

We are very satisfied with the purchase of our Pulte home. The Field Manager is a very able and pro-active person. Always willing to listen and ready to solve your problem. The same can be said for the Warranty manager. Had a few minor issues and was taken care of in a timely manner. Will recommend any buyer to purchase a home built by Pulte

We had a very pleasant buying experience with Pulte Homes at Boca Flores and we are very very happy with our new home! The sales team is very knowledgeable and helpful. We purchased a spec home from Pulte with many nice upgrades. Consider a spec home here if you need to move in soon.

Bought our house in the Sterling @ West Hills community in California back in March 2019. The experience was very positive from the sales process, thru the closing to delivery. The value we received for the price we paid was excellent! So far all service requests have been fulfilled in a quick and professional manner! We are very happy with the choice we made with Pulte Homes!

We love our Pulte home. Well built and energy efficient. The layout is functional and visually pleasing. The minor issues we've had after the build have been handled promptly by our field manager. Really great experience!

Pulte is a very professional organization, vertically integrated to make the buying process easier. I was incented to get my mortgage and homeowners insurance from them and saved all my closing costs. From start to finish, I closed in under 30 days. I highly recommend them as a quality builder in NC, and have had more positive experiences than working with Toll Brothers for my last house in 2000. I down sized for my retirement home with this purchase, and the technology is amazing compared to my last "luxury" home. We love the RDU area and Pulte has done a great job with their developments.
