The process was so easy we were preparing for something to go wrong or get delayed. But we were pleasantly surprised when we closed earlier than expected. Highly recommend the Pulte Finance team too, they were awesome to work with and made it easy to understand our options.

Pulte builds a great home....the workmanship is top notch and they make sure it is done right. The homes are somewhat pricy, but if you value a home that is built to last, they are the builder for you.

PULTE did a great job on our new home - home is very efficient and well designed. Could pay just a little more attention to the small details but they are small - I would buy a PULTE home again - I bought home on a discount but otherwise appraised just below retail price.

I have had two other brand new house build. The only complaint I have are the windows. All of them are cut on the frame and the edges are rough. That to me is just not right. It’s like you made them fit instead of purchasing them to fit. I have spoke with Lane a nice gentlemen for sure. But that truly bothers me! Recently moved in to our 3rd Pulte home. This one is in Palm City, FL. Excellent value for the money. High quality of workmanship. 30 day 'warranty' items are slow in getting addressed but we are making progress. Overall very happy with home and build experience.

It was difficult applying stars because where there were issues a 1 would apply. Firstly our major complaint is we are very upset about the symbiotic relationship between your subcontractors Uxari (security and sound system) and Coast to Coast Pool (pump) with the internet provider Blue Stream’s system. We moved in November 13th and are still experiencing major issues with the technology provided by both vendors. Sales Rep Megan, Design Center Rep Maureen, CM Daniel and Customer Rep Kayla were all great to work with. CM Daniel, in particular, listened to my concerns and worked to address them. Getting things done quickly, however, was less satisfactory, which was frustrating when I was eager to get settled and enjoy my new home. My main criticism is the quality of the finishing on the woodworking. Hopefully this will be addressed at the quality review in about 9 months.

Overall good experience with home buying and beautiful plan. Finishing is not up to the mark and would expect better for the price paid. Work orders to fix stuff post move in is slow.

Our experience with our salesperson was great; however, our interactions with the construction manager were disappointing. Several important details were overlooked, such as instructions for using the dehumidifier and guidance on setting up our utilities. During our final walk-through, many of the identified issues were still unresolved. While the after-sales representative has been responsive, many of the problems we reported have not been properly addressed. Overall, I love the modern style, fit and finish of the home, however, the detail work isn't up to par. While responsive and easy to work with, our construction Mgr could not fix all the wrongs. Surely this is an industry wide problem not just Pulte which is unfortunate.

Pulte Meade the home buying process a breeze. The home was built on time and the build quality process was very good. The issue resolution post closing needs improvement. While Putte is responsive, the coordination of repair work and the quality of repair needs to be improved.
