Great home!

We had an awesome experience with Pulte from start to end. Completely satisfied with design and quality of the work. We want to say special thanks to Sales officer “Ben” to construction manager “Carl” went beyond to make sure that we were happy Pulte Homeowner. We are extremely pleased and have confidently say that we pushed the right neighborhood with the right builder.

Great process.

The process was so easy we were preparing for something to go wrong or get delayed. But we were pleasantly surprised when we closed earlier than expected. Highly recommend the Pulte Finance team too, they were awesome to work with and made it easy to understand our options.

Pulte builds a great home....the workmanship is top notch and they make sure it is done right. The homes are somewhat pricy, but if you value a home that is built to last, they are the builder for you.

Excellent quality

Pulte is a quality builder. My home experience has been very satisfactory! A few issues have cropped up but Pulte has been pretty fast to respond with quality fixes for the issues. I feel confident in my purchase.

PULTE did a great job on our new home - home is very efficient and well designed. Could pay just a little more attention to the small details but they are small - I would buy a PULTE home again - I bought home on a discount but otherwise appraised just below retail price.

I have had two other brand new house build. The only complaint I have are the windows. All of them are cut on the frame and the edges are rough. That to me is just not right. It’s like you made them fit instead of purchasing them to fit. I have spoke with Lane a nice gentlemen for sure. But that truly bothers me! I recently sold my 4300 sq ft house in Goodyear my husband passed away to much house. I had looked at several homes. Always wanted a home builder by your company. The house was currently build did my walk through. Did not notice the windows until my blind installer measured and pointed it out to me!! ... More

Pulte was very responsive and always there to help. We had access to the house during the whole process.

Pulte homes are good sturdy home builders, you can feel it when you walk into the home. Insulation is great. The follow-up on getting items fixed was wonderful and very responsive

Recently moved in to our 3rd Pulte home. This one is in Palm City, FL. Excellent value for the money. High quality of workmanship. 30 day 'warranty' items are slow in getting addressed but we are making progress. Overall very happy with home and build experience.

The Pulte team has a very good system in place which kept the building process proceeding on schedule, and we felt well informed through the entire experience. We anticipate they will provide good response to any issues that may develop short-term.

I called about some issues I still have and the response was super slow .They told me me that I have to make mi first monthly mortgage payment payment to even go and try to fix mi issues on a NEW BUILD HOME so I did paid mi first mortgage payment and still the issue is not solved that is DECEMBER 2025 I moved to the NEW HOME so a month and 15 days pass UNTILL first mortgage payment 02/02/2026 So they send a guy ( ZEB )to look at mi issues on on mi bathroom I suggested a quick fix did not work I call him several times UNTILL I got a hold of him and I just said they will call you to set up an appointment with the PLUMBER that was over a week ago so I call several times until I got a hold of a lady at the emergency number and after a couple of minutes they gave me a date for the fixing with the plumber that yesterday and the appointment is UNTILL THURSDAY 8-12 noon I CAN ONLY SAY THE SERVICE IS VERY SLOW THE COMMUNICATION IS NOT BEING DONE OR NOT CARING ABOUT THE ISSUES IF NEW HOME OWNERS. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BELIEVE ME THERE SERVICE IS VERY POOR NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENT NOT TO SAY THE LEAST AND I BEING POLITE AS POSSIBLE HOPE THIS STOP FROM HAPPENING TO NEW HOME OWNERS FROM NOW ON. ... It was difficult applying stars because where there were issues a 1 would apply. Firstly our major complaint is we are very upset about the symbiotic relationship between your subcontractors Uxari (security and sound system) and Coast to Coast Pool (pump) with the internet provider Blue Stream’s system. We moved in November 13th and are still experiencing major issues with the technology provided by both vendors. We spent $30K for our Uxari system and $69K for our pool with IQPump. 1/7th of the cost our $708K home has failed. My husband and I have spoke with and met with all three stakeholders several times and what we really need is the expert that set up the Pulte contracts with these subcontractors to facilitate a legitimate smart home without our intense intervention. Our next issue is with painting. Pulte fired the painters that worked on our home and it has been a bit labor intensive getting a redo and compensation for a known issue. And the last major issue is we had 2 broken and poorly installed toilets one was replaced and one we are still dealing with. ... More

Sales Rep Megan, Design Center Rep Maureen, CM Daniel and Customer Rep Kayla were all great to work with. CM Daniel, in particular, listened to my concerns and worked to address them. Getting things done quickly, however, was less satisfactory, which was frustrating when I was eager to get settled and enjoy my new home. My main criticism is the quality of the finishing on the woodworking. Hopefully this will be addressed at the quality review in about 9 months.

Overall good experience with home buying and beautiful plan. Finishing is not up to the mark and would expect better for the price paid. Work orders to fix stuff post move in is slow.

Our experience with our salesperson was great; however, our interactions with the construction manager were disappointing. Several important details were overlooked, such as instructions for using the dehumidifier and guidance on setting up our utilities. During our final walk-through, many of the identified issues were still unresolved. While the after-sales representative has been responsive, many of the problems we reported have not been properly addressed. For example, the exterior power outlet still allows outside air to pass through, and we continue to have other open issues that remain unresolved.m ... More

Quick 2 week process for the mortgage. Everyone was kind and helpful in getting it done.

They have been so helpful anytime I have a question with any maintenance.

James my construction manager was very helpful and responsive to my questions or concerns. Elizabeth designer assistant was great. She was very patient and helpful in picking out my choices. Gayle was wonderful to deal with when I first purchased the home.

Overall, I love the modern style, fit and finish of the home, however, the detail work isn't up to par. While responsive and easy to work with, our construction Mgr could not fix all the wrongs. Surely this is an industry wide problem not just Pulte which is unfortunate.

Overall quality is okay. Its a brand new house and stairs are not well built

I was going to run a water softener, but there was no water line, so I hired someone else to run the line and run the water softener.

Pulte Meade the home buying process a breeze. The home was built on time and the build quality process was very good. The issue resolution post closing needs improvement. While Putte is responsive, the coordination of repair work and the quality of repair needs to be improved.
